Was awesome, no? I'm talking about the original, not the awful US remake.

The missus and I just watched the final episode on DVD last night after sneakily opening our Xmas presents early a few days ago. We've been watching 2 or 3 episodes a night and I've got to say I really enjoyed it.



The acting, storyline, soundtrack, directing... everything is just great. Was so glad to be able to watch the whole thing after originally seeing the first 4 or 5 episodes of Series 1 before they dropped whatever channel it was on from our cable package.

So what did you guys that saw it think of it?

What did you think of how it ended?

is that John Farnham?

I only just found out about the follow-up series, Ashes To Ashes, on wikipedia. Sounds like it's not up to par compared to LOM?

Should've left it as it was.

I'm still going to watch it though.

I didn't really get into it but I think people who liked Life on Mars liked Ashes to Ashes,too.
I've heard people speak about how much they liked it.
