we seem to have vanilla, chocolate and some kind of berry swirl There are heaps of flavours at my local including cookies n' cream. To get the very best U need to go to either Dairy Bell or other privately owned ice cream shops. There's a few good ones down Acland St, Lygon St, Chapel St and Niddrie Rd. I tend to only have ice cream in very very small doses cause it's fattening so when I treat myself I go all out to the best. | |

The trouble is I've been to Argentina where ice-cream is an art form, they have EVERY flavour you can think of, and in Sweden they have really unusual flavours like pear, mascarpone & raspberry, violet

Sure, cookies and cream, sarah lee butterscotch or toffee, caremel swirly stuff, neopolitan, cappucino  etc are in most IGAs. They are pretty tame flavours. | |
