JerseyKRS

With a musical depth that is the envy of many, he's like Matt Pinfield with an attitude. A man that reformed his bad attitude, Jersey has shown that he is truly a man with a tough exterior but soft under the shell. (thanks in part to Funk Mistress). You can find him at an indi Hip Hop show posing with Jeru the Damaja, or at a punk show trashing toilets. He also likes to collect an occasional set of breasts in a suitcase.

Hey, what about the other Orgers who are well-populated on other parts of the forum but don't show up much in GD? Especially some of the cool cats in the Music:Non-Prince forum like the following:

BlaqueKnight
vainandy
VoicesCarry
lastdecember
Cinnie
PricelessHo
FuNkeNsteiN
TonyVanDam

Then there's also folks in the P&R forum like lazycrockett. And what about Mushanga? sexy

JasmineFire

You remember Puss n' Boots, that "Shrek II" character who's unbelievably cute but incredibly fierce? That's JasmineFire. Take some sea glass from a beautiful Caribbean beach and make the pieces into a windchime, coaxing music from an untamed breeze -- and you'll appreciate the essence of Lady Jessica. She calms savage beasts and nurses them back to health. She'll also cut you, fool, with a flip of her voice (which is at turns both lilting and gritty -- go figure). Just don't get in the way of this woman's obsessions: Her home is destined to have a black kitchen offset by a way-too-large picture of that "Sopranos" has-been Michael Imperioli. disbelief

Threads like this make me wish that I posted a lot more here.

On a daily basis, I come up with about 5 ideas for things to write on the Org (usually at least one is funny) and I just end up falling asleep in my recliner.

As a result, I have now been on the Org for five years and about 6 of you actually know who I am.

It's my own fault. Org stardom remains this unattainable dream for me. But I won't stop dreaming the dream.

If I ever get my stuff together, I am going to rule this place.

Adisa

This Nashville cat knows music so deeply, he'll school you on harmony, melody and production about music you thought you were familiar with already. He haunts the Org, darting in and out of threads, phasing in and out of the site in cycles. Know that while he's away, he's being the kind of stand-up dude folks say no longer exists: husband, father, artist, community pillar, all-around good dude. He can still be counted on to bring it in spades, though: Often his sig is, "The Org's still a piece of s___." lol

Cinnie

Hailing from the Great White North, this great, white northerner (redface I couldn't resist) single-handedly is ensuring that the legacy of real hip hop is long respected above the 49th parallel. Cinnie's encyclopedic knowledge of hip hop offers invigorating depth to discussions of the underrated and misunderstood genre in these parts. Even VainAndy has to recognize! (NOTE: Lammastide has conducted a scientific poll, and 99.9% of Canadians and Americans feel it'd be a great gesture of international goodwill if Cinnie would give Lammastide his bright yellow De La Soul T-Shirt... postage included. Just sayin'. whistling)
