The best pair of breasts I've ever seen are Pamela Anderson's when she first got them done, in the early 90's playboys. It really depends on how they turn out. Some fake ones can look horrible but so do alot of real breasts. It really just depends on the individual, but I'm of the opinion that fake or real, when both are good they're real good.
