Many folks get one done in Istanbul, especially British people, and it costs less than what you´d have to pay in Europe. Look at Sylvester Stallone or Steven Seagal ( okay , the latter looks a bit weird) but both had receding hairlines and Stallone´s hairline today even looks better than it did in the 70´s ...it´s ridiculous.
