yogurt's a dairy stuff.
neutral

you not playing by the rules Thready! you have to choose from the list above!

JF, yogurt has active cultures that help restore your stomach's proper chemical balance and whatnot. It's a good exception, in this case.

That list of yours does not comply with your doctor's instructions. hmph!

I can't eat yogurt, though.

My doctor told me to eat Ramen Noodles, white bread, and drink Gatorade.

he may have mentioned other things but none of them were sushi or a Belgian waffle or French Toast, so they don't count.

so unless you're going to come over here and cook for me, then you're going to have to be confined to the above list.

so there.

true.

admittedly, Ramen was on the bottom of the list but due to its cheapness and easiness to prepare, it's my choice.

so far, it's been one of the few things that hasn't upset my stomach. hmmm

i like ramen, even though i burnt myself out on it in college. sometimes i get big cravings for it, so there are always a few packs stashed around the kitchen.

if you like mushrooms, you should totally invest in some cheap canned mushrooms and add those to the ramen. it's yummy and easy.

what amazes me is that they haven't bothered to change the name of the oriental flavor yet. you never see that word as a description anymore.

I have a stomach ailment and the doctor told me that I have to eat a low fiber, bland diet. So it's dinner time and I'm hungry and these are my choices for dinner:

Beef flavored Ramen Noodles

Oriental flavored Ramen Noodles

Chicken flavored Ramen Noodles

Chicken Noodle Soup

Plain bagel with butter

Fruit Punch Gatorade

Which one of these or combination thereof should I have for dinner? Please help.

pout
