help me figure out what to eat

I have a stomach ailment and the doctor told me that I have to eat a low fiber, bland diet. So it's dinner time and I'm hungry and these are my choices for dinner:

Beef flavored Ramen Noodles

Oriental flavored Ramen Noodles

Chicken flavored Ramen Noodles

Chicken Noodle Soup

Plain bagel with butter

Fruit Punch Gatorade

Which one of these or combination thereof should I have for dinner? Please help.

Those are my picks. Eat the bagel in the morning.

do you have interesting condiments you can mix with the ramen noodles? you could just mix em with some soy sauce and it would be better than the seasoning packets.

i don't know...the doctor said to stay away from anything romotely spicy. I know that soy sauce isn't spicy per say but it's certainly more seasoning than those damn packets.

i think the only issue would be sodium, which both have a lot of, but i bet soy sauce would have less of than those damn packets. lol

do you have braggs amino acids? it tastes just like soy sauce and it's supposed to be amazingly healthy for you. get some of that and get some mushrooms and toss it in with the ramen and you have a klassy glamouroose dinner.

of course, that doesn't help you tonight if you're not going out for groceries. lol

Bananas
Rice
Applesauce
Toast
Tea
Yogurt

That's the diet to help your stomach get back on track. (Might want to avoid butter and other dairy stuff.)

JF, yogurt has active cultures that help restore your stomach's proper chemical balance and whatnot. It's a good exception, in this case.

That list of yours does not comply with your doctor's instructions. hmph!
