Boyfriend asked if I lost 100 could I deflate my big head too... He's got jokes. Said I will look like Star Jones after the surgery if I lose that much. I guess she does look really crazy after all that weight...but I'm doing it without the surgeon's knife. But oh well. I'm telling you all cause then I have to answer to all y'all's asses. Seriously, it took 5 months to lose them 20. My mind state is getting way more focused and the scale is responding. Weight loss is TOTALLY a mental mind game. Yay me! I'm finally getting over that difficult hump and it's 100 miles and running! Y'all skinny bitches better watch out! With my face and HOT bod to match...y'all need to get your game up! Congrats on your weight loss. I'm frustrated, i've been dieting for a month and only have lost 4 pounds so far. I feel like it should had been much more than that or something. Or maybe i'm being unrealistic at how much I should be losing??? I remember the last time i dieted I was losing like 3-5 pounds a week. I'm kind of disappointed right now I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.

Congrats on the weight loss - it's a struggle for many people and it's inspiring to see some people succeed! agreed, it is hard but it is all a mental game, im, working on it, going to the gym 4 times a week, given up chocolate ( my main love lol) and sodas, junk food etc, it feels awesome! and don't eat meat/chicken cause it doesn't sit with me very well, rarely eat fish ( hopefully to cut that one out 2) don't drink/smoke still have a lot 2 go though..... heres to the orgers who wish 2 succeed! I feel ya!! I've lost a good bit of weight and atfirst it was easy, but now I've really had to make some serious lifestyle changes You and I could be the same person cause I aviod meat, sweets, junk food, alcohol, soda, etc too! and I'm getting back into the swing of working out 5 days a week, after a brief hiatus. but the good feeling that comes with achieving your goal kicks all those other things' asses!! If you will, so will I

Or maybe i'm being unrealistic at how much I should be losing??? I remember the last time i dieted I was losing like 3-5 pounds a week. I'm kind of disappointed right now Seriously, I went two months going up and down; not focused. But I did not stop and never gave up. All jokes aside, I think I slipped into a depression last year and it took a few months to shake it off. I just feel different, and more focused. That depression will kill you. I'm so glad i don't live in that city and work at that shitty job anymore. Being happy really works. I swear if I had not pulled out of it, I'd be pushing 350 by 2009. For you, going through a break up like you may be why the weight loss is a little harder. When your mental is in upheaval it falls into your physical. Shit...I gained all I lost back when I broke it off with my ex four years ago. Just be easy, and don't quit!

Another good thing to do when your dieting is to drink lots of water. I find that if I don't drink enough water while dieting, I tend to get a bit constipated. Not sure if that is true with everybody (since everybody is different), but the water does seem to help keep everything moving. RIP, mom. I will forever miss and love you.
