Which is understanble. I think what made it so bad that year was that the police went on strike so there were NO cops anywhere. But aside from some weed smoking and all the gridlocked traffic it was pretty innocent. Boy, them were the days!  I need to pull those pics out of me in my short set and French roll and my homegirls rockin' they freezes. Oh, lawd!  My sister used to rock the French Roll....
