Mood Swings

Well do you have them? Do you sometimes have mood swings so often during a period of time that you actually feel like something is wrong with you? Well I do. Like this morning. I was in such a pissy mood. I didn't want to talk to my mom about anything, she could tell that I was irritated by something. I just don't like to hear a lot of talking or having someone talk my head off early in the morning before I go to work. Then I cried in the car on the way to work, passing everybody, even a police car. Then when I got to work, somebody says something funny, I start laughing and all the anger goes away. Then come noon, I get frustrated with my work and want to cry again. I start ranting and raving about this smart ass email from a Financial Advisor (I work for a financial securities firm)...and I get revenge and send a nasty smart ass email back to him. This goes back and forth for about an hour and want to take the computer and throw it out of the window.

So is this crazy? I mean I know i'm crazy, lol but a good crazy. Not an abnormal crazy. (and no it's not that time of the month).
I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.

I have that...and I was diagnosed with Cyclothymic disorder.

Basically your moods go up and down and you get insane mood swings and with a matter of seconds minutes you are fine again.

I started noticing symptoms after my grandma died two years ago and it took a turn for the worst.

It's really hard to describe but you have to acknowledge the behavior. I would get really angry start breaking things screaming...the whole fit. Basically like a temper tantrum...two minutes later I would be fine and laughing.

Also you'll have days where you'll feel so confident so cocky and you get like real wise ass with everyone...its like a sense of europhoria.

I thought it was bipolar but its not. Its a lower a lot lower grade of it but its something that really efffs up with your mood.

Theres a whole lot more to it. I felt just like you...crazy and ish and it really isn't that bad, once you learn to control it or talk to a dr about it. Sometimes its because an small imbalance in hormones (has nothing to do with ur pd) and you just need a higher dose of vitamins.

I don't like people talking to me in the morning either, because I'm half-asleep and just don't feel like speaking to anybody. Thank God, I live alone. If I had a husband or a roommate, they would suffer the wrath of my morning bitchiness. lol
RIP, mom. I will forever miss and love you.

Well thanks for telling me about this. I definitely need to check into this. It happened again today. I woke up okay this morning, fairly happy. During work I get into this somber mood, but still okay. I get home and fall into tears, 10 minutes after that, somebody calls me and i'm laughing.
I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.
