Preparation H or any hemearroidal cream usually does the trick for me!!!!

Also, try 2 avoid using perfumed or coloured bubble cream or foam baths, gels, shower gels, soaps, etc.

I have 2 use products from a brand called Simple, which is available in the UK, but I am not sure about the rest of the world!!!!

Also, check out your diet and cut out any spicey and strong flavoured foods as well as those high in fibre!! Also drink loads and loads of water!!!
