I'm expecting vistors from England and Japan some time this month who will stay in my apartment with me, but I don't know yet exactly when they'll arrive (and I don't know when I'll know either). I also need to renovate my apartment some time this month (which might take about a week). Should I try to get the renovations out of the way asap, or should I wait until I know their arrival date and plan after that?
