Seriously. Add 4 icecubes to that baby, crush in blender, and it's like a friggin Frosty, man. Sooo good, and only 200 calories.

Youre supposed to have one for breakfast, one for lunch, and a "sensible meal" for dinner. But hell, I want my Slim Fast for DINNER!

With clothes on people dont think Im fat. But I know that Im slightly overweight. Hubby doesnt mind it. Just tryin to lose 10 pounds. I want to start at a low weight before babies start coming and pounds start packing.
