different from what?


Different than spending time with someone/people on the website...you would just be spending time with them at your home (as a roommate).

See I don't agree with it either but look at it this way...people will go to a club or bar and pick up a complete stranger...date/sex them or whatever...find out their wacko...complain and go through drama...then leave the relationship...only to go back to the club and start again.

If people are willing to do that to me it's the same as meeting someone on myspace, craigslist or something else like that. I would be wary considering how many wacko's places like those attract...but some people have no issue allowing complete strangers into their lives.

There are ads on myspace? confuse

I never use it anymore, I suppose. If I were in desperate need, though, I'd definitely post a bulletin to all my friends. I've often seen others do the same. I don't see the big deal. You might find an opportunity you wouldn't otherwise.
