REDFEATHERS

Phone Calling Cards.

I bought a calling card over a week ago.. it cost me £20.00 and it doesnt work.

I went back to the shop I bought it from and they said it had nothing to do with them and they couldnt refund me but to call Customer Services and they would be able to help.

I have been on the phone to Customer Services about 4 times now. First they told me there is something wrong with the Dial Access Numbers and it will be fixed within an hour. Next time, they said wait till after the weekend. Then they said maybe tomorrow.

I cant use this damned card - and now I really think they are trying to pull a fast one!

I have used their card before and had no problems. Anyone else experienced anything like this?

They are gonna get a very strong phonecall from me today and I WILL get a refund! mad

There are sooo many phone cards out there that it's hard to distinguish the serious companies from the unserious ones. You can get lucky though. A friend of mine in Canada found a card that allowed her to call pretty much anywhere in the world for 1 cent per minute (!). I think it was called Bravo, maybe they have it in the UK too.

I bought $10 in phone cards here once that I tried for days to get to work and they never did. I called their customer service # about 5 times and each time they'd give me a different access phone # to use and everytime it didn't work. I finally gave up.
