I used to act the fool a bit, laughing and joking around, but now I find myself getting a bit annoyed if people arent working because of it. I think it comes with the responsability I have now and how serious I take my job and role. Ideally I would like to strike a happy medium regardless as to whether the boss is in or not.

I'm really not much different either way. Course, I'm also a boss, so maybe that has something to do with it. confused

Like me really. My answer was just a bit more long winded.

My boss only visits once or twice a month... the only thing I do differently is pretend to work a little more than I normally do nod
