Of all of the Jackson siblings, these 2 were born to be stars. They both achieved superstardom and their professional paths rarely crossed (which I think is both odd and amazing at the same time).

People get so caught up tearing one down to build the other one up. They don't even realize how awesome and rare a pair like Michael and Janet are. Agreed with all of you. They were like twins and equally talented and both extraordinary talented. We won't witness something like that during our lifetime.

no you dont have to idolize janet or anybody else, but when folks find things to be negative about for no reason at all it pretty much is hating.you wrote a whole paragraph about the failure of music that hasnt even been released, at least wait until it comes out before you spread your negativity.you know her fans are excited about her releasing new music, your only purpose in coming into this thread was to hate.

And on the flip side of that, it's always you and a few other people who infiltrate any thread with JANET JACKSON in the title with negativity, throwing your "She's done" and "She's over" diatribes around as if anybody gives a fuck. i can say the same thing about the same 2 or 3 people coming into every janet thread to do nothing but spread negativity,call names and other childish things.i think fans of most artists are kinda emotional when they have something positive to look forward to after a long drought. janet releasing new music is a good thing to her fans, you not thinking she has anything left is fine and your opinion but dont expect her fans to agree with you. if janet fans thinking she is great bothers you why go into threads about her? there are alot of artists i dont like and i have no problem giving my opinion onthem or their music but im not gonna go into every thread about them, or a thread thats obviously made by their fans celebrating new music or news just to argue with the fans and tell them their artist is not good or shouldnt make new music.

Well some of them do that in hopes that it would upset the Janet fans. Notice how her threads seem to last for days on this board. When threads about Mariah, Whitney, or JLo die a quick death most of the time.

Nothing can ruin this era. Even that negativity is more than welcome. Artist can't be relevant without haters. People still care, that's great.
