I think Jack White might be Prince's equal.

I like both Miguel AND Frank Ocean.

Frank Ocean can write a very good lyric and that's his strength. He might not be the greatest vocalist but I have heard inspiring things from him vocally. He might get better at that. But I almost guarantee his next album will be even better than this one.

Miguel has that Marvin Gaye type thing about him. He can sing very well and has a daring sense of adventure in his songwriting. Nothing on the radio currently sounds like him.

I feel that way about both of them.

they may be labelled country but her and swift etc...are not country

There is alot of country this year, but there is alot of country sounds going on currently. N country still sells and the fans will watch.

Hell Lionel Richie knew to go country and he got a best selling album

I have to say, Carrie Underwood has a nice voice. I never thought I would like her singing, but she hasn't disappointed so far.
