Prince even carried her bags down the stairs and urged her to rest-up, because we all come from the same caring place. When she was away, and with the children in the responsible care of Tito's son TJ, there was never a malicious attempt to "block" the kids from talking with her. We simply worried that a call home would first entail, or lead to, conversations with individuals we are in dispute with and that would, therefore, increase pressure on Mother -- and pressure was what a doctor said she didn't need. This was why we went to the house in Calabasas to talk directly with the kids and merely discuss arrangements for them to meet with their grandmother. We were denied that access by security -- and it was clear that mutual suspicions had allowed events to spiral out of control. I regret that events were ever allowed to reach such a stage. I regret any distress caused to Prince, Paris and Blanket. That was never, ever the intention of myself, Janet, Rebbie or Randy. Moving forward, the most effective way to best serve Mother's welfare, and that of Michael's children, is to start a collective dialogue, in private. Mistakes have been made and irrational things have been said on both sides in a highly-charged emotional environment. It is time for us all to draw a line in the sand and move towards peace, co-operation, love and healing. I truly hope that we can find it in our hearts to do so. Because above and beyond anything else, what matters...is family.

Yes, It is sad that Jermaine is such a self involved dumbass. The best way to move forward is to start a collective dialogue in private without one more tweet, without the tweet coming from his hands right then. Katherine says upon arrival at Miraval Spa in Tucson, Ariz. her cell phone was taken away, and "when one of the people asked if I could communicate with my iPad and I replied yes, my iPad was taken away. While there was a telephone in my room, the telephone was not functioning and I could not dial out. In addition, there was no picture on the television in my room.

"Despite repeated requests to those with me to have it fixed, the television was never fixed. One morning I woke up to the sound of the television. While there was no picture, I heard a broadcast that stated I was missing. I was also never told that my attorney, Perry Sanders, Jr. had flown to Tucson in an attempt to meet with me in person in attempts to find out what was going on."

Jermaine, Janet, Rebbie, and Randy Jackson were staying with their mother at the Miraval Spa.

"I was never informed that Prince, Blanket, and TJ were trying to reach me. Had I known that fact, and if I had been provided with the means to contact Prince, Paris, Blanket and TJ, I would never have gone for such a long period of time without communicating with them.

"While I was away, I had no reason to question whether the people with whom I placed trust would inform me that Prince, Paris, and Blanket were trying to reach me. The day before I was brought home from Tucson, I was finally permitted to use the phone to speak with Prince, Paris, Blanket and TJ."

Michael's mom supports her grandson, TJ, being named as co-guardian of the children, and asked the judge for permission to take the kids to Gary, Indiana, for a birthday celebration for the late King of Pop.

"TJ and I along with Prince, Paris, and Blanket are planning to travel out of California toward the end of August for a family function that will include a celebration involving the memory of my grandchildren's father, and my son, Michael. It is important that security planning and travel arrangements for the trip are made soon so that the tripcan go forward."

The judge signed off on allowing the kids to travel outside the state of California, as long as Katherine and TJ Jackson both agree. The duo are expected to be appointed permanent guardians of the children on August 22.

Could some kind of charges be brought against this phony for lying and helping to abduct an elderly lady? I wonder which one of Katherine's children is responsible for bringing the lying doctor in? I wonder if he's even actually a real doctor?

A little-known Jackson family member strongly supports making Katherine and TJ Jackson co-guardians of Michael Jackson's children: Tanay Jackson, TJ's half-sister.

"My brother would make an ideal father for the kids," she told ABCNews.com. "He knows how to be a father. He's been doing it for a while, and it's been in him from the beginning."

Lawyers for Katherine, Michael's mother, and TJ, the 34-year-old son of Michael's brother, Tito, are expected to file a request for joint guardianship in a Los Angeles court this week. Last week, Perry Sanders, an attorney for Katherine, said "If the court grants this joint request, it will eliminate concerns such as the ones triggered by the events of the last few days," referring to Katherine's recent trip to Arizona. TJ was appointed a temporary guardian of Paris Michael, Prince Michael, and Prince Michael II in Katherine's absence. He has been integral in the kids' lives for years.

Tanay called co-guardianship a "better idea" than having Katherine or TJ parent alone.

"At first I was saying that TJ should take guardianship because he's a good father and the kids like him and it would be a good way to let my grandma get a rest," she said. "But she's very fond of the kids and she's been raising them. This is a good idea. She'd still get to raise them and then she'd get some sort of backup."

The last time Tanay saw TJ, he was preparing for the birth of his first child. TJ is married and now has three children.

"He was having his first child, and he just had that demeanor," she said. "He was just like a father, like 'No, sit here, do this, this is the right way' -- he just has that characteristic about him."

Tanay hasn't seen TJ in years, in part, because of her strained relationship with the Jackson family. Her mother was never married to Tito, and in 2009, Tanay filed a petition in Brooklyn Family Court to declare that the former Jackson 5 member is her father. The outcome of the petition was not made public.

Earlier this week, Taryll, TJ's brother, tweeted "Tanay Jackson is NOT related to us." Today, his brother Taj tweeted, "my brothers and I DO NOT have a half sister."

"I haven't seen them in a long time," Tanay said. "TJ was cool with me. Taryll and Taj were not.

They're probably trying to keep their loyalty to their mom -- she's deceased and I have a different mom."

Delores Martes Jackson was the mother of TJ, Taryll, and Taj. She was murdered by a boyfriend in 1994, a year after she divorced Tito. Her sons went on to form the R&B group 3T.

Tanay's also in the business. Her latest single, "The Spotlight," is available on iTunes now, and she has plans to pitch a reality show "about me and what I'm going through."

naughty, i wouldn't be surprised to learn that there is an investigation quietly going on in the background. b/c your suspicions are correct: this stinks to high heaven. remember, the sheriff's office has confirmed that there has been an ongoing investigation since april surrounding allegations that kat is being taken advantage of financially.

i would think that the sheriff's dept. will likely speak to tj's lawyers who've intimated that this ruse was all for the money in their motion to the judge today, in addition to the estate, the kids, trent and tj. there are security cameras at the house so the "doctor's" identity will not remain a secret. impersonating a doctor is a crime, and i would think it would be unethical for another physician to be providing false information to the patient of another doctor. i'm not so sure this thing is over.

Remember the DAY that this attempted coup began, Paris tweeted that the doctor who testified at Conrad Murray's trial was the one who the conspirators-Janet, Randy, Jermaine, Rebbie-who came to the house and said that he represented Katherine's regular doctor. Allan Metzeger was this doctor who perpetuated this ruse under the guide of Randy, Rebbie, Janet and Jermaine. These four got Metzger to prescribe "rest" for Katherine because of stress. Paris, was the FIRST ONE to say that Metzger was not her grandmother's regular doctor. After this happened, Katherine's regular doctor released a statement saying that he did NOT prescribe this for Janet.

This was all over the internet, however, the media didn't really report it because they are ass-kissers of Janet. They basically ignored what Paris said on the FIRST DAY of this scam. If any Janet stans or other Jackson defenders don't think that this qualifies for criminal charges then I must have some land in Hawaii. These four conspirators CLEARELY tried to manipulate and deceive the public by USING their own mother in an attempt to overthrow Michael's estate.

The sickening denial of Janet's fans even in the face of ALL OF THIS EVIDENCE shows just how brain-dead her fans are. Even that ignorant heifer, Gladys Knight is still going along with this shit of sticking with these crooks, just because they are black.
