Diana Ross, named as alternate guardian in Michael Jackson's will to his three children, met with Prince, Paris, Blanket, and Katherine Jackson Wednesday at their mansion in Calabasas, Calif. and had a very "thoughtful and pleasant meeting" with them, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

"Ms. Ross met with Katherine, and the children yesterday. It was a very thoughtful and pleasant meeting. Ms. Ross had no issues with signing off on the proposed new custody agreement," Katherine Jackson's lawyer, Perry Sanders, told RadarOnline.com exclusively.

As we previously reported, Katherine was reinstated as temporary co-guardian of Michael's three children during a brief court hearing on Thursday morning.

Ross "wanted to meet with the children in person, as well as Katherine Jackson, to be sure that this was really the best thing for everyone involved. If Diana needed to step in, she would. Diana just believes that the children are better off with their grandmother and cousin, TJ Jackson, at this point. Diana made sure that all of the children, especially Paris, had her personal cell phone number, so that they could reach her anytime," an insider told us.

"Diana has no qualms whatsoever about the new custody agreement; she only wants what is best for the children. Diana knows that the children are old enough to decide who they want to live with and she defers to what they want. While Diana hasn't been a big part of their lives because she lives on the East Coast, she is very fond of them," a source close to the situation previously told us.

Judge Mitchell Beckloff is expected to formally sign off on the custody agreement on Wednesday, August 22, which will permanently give co-guardianship of the kids to Katherine and TJ Jackson.

naughty, i wouldn't be surprised to learn that there is an investigation quietly going on in the background. b/c your suspicions are correct: this stinks to high heaven. remember, the sheriff's office has confirmed that there has been an ongoing investigation since april surrounding allegations that kat is being taken advantage of financially.

i would think that the sheriff's dept. will likely speak to tj's lawyers who've intimated that this ruse was all for the money in their motion to the judge today, in addition to the estate, the kids, trent and tj. there are security cameras at the house so the "doctor's" identity will not remain a secret. impersonating a doctor is a crime, and i would think it would be unethical for another physician to be providing false information to the patient of another doctor. i'm not so sure this thing is over.

Remember the DAY that this attempted coup began, Paris tweeted that the doctor who testified at Conrad Murray's trial was the one who the conspirators-Janet, Randy, Jermaine, Rebbie-who came to the house and said that he represented Katherine's regular doctor. Allan Metzeger was this doctor who perpetuated this ruse under the guide of Randy, Rebbie, Janet and Jermaine. These four got Metzger to prescribe "rest" for Katherine because of stress. After this happened, Katherine's regular doctor released a statement saying that he did NOT prescribe this for Janet.

I feel sorry for Katherine. By making a desperate attempt to regain custody, I fear she will now have something far larger on her plate. Expect a retaliation from Janet, Randy, Jeramine & Reebie in the form of a lawyer.

And what she said about MJ is true. He was an addict. He didn't die of an addictive drug, but none-the-less, he was an addict. Addictive drugs such as lorazepam were found in his system. A common drug found in dead drug addicts.

According to the autopsy report there were NO drugs in Michael's system other than what the murderer, Conrad Murray, used when he administered Propofol. The murderer said in his "interview" that he used lorazepam. Michael wasn't an addict and Janet knew it. Stange that this skank NEVER publicly called her husband, Rene a drug addict and he was addicted to heroin. Janet is a coward. She waited until her brother was dead before she said that he was an addict. Paris and Prince KNOW that Janet is a coward and that she lied on their Dad.
