Thats a good point. Im not denying Paris behavior. I thought it was disrespectful how she called out Randy... although it turns out he was in fact lying and I dont think she should be on twitter blasting the Jacksons business but I think this is result of her being confused on whats going on. Randy insists Katherine is ill and Paris thinks she isnt and then she suddenly cant get a hold of her grandmother for more information. I dont agree with everything she has done but some of her reactions are understandable..
Paris tweeted that she still didnt hear from her grandmother I believe yesterday and it took for TJ to finally intervene. Its a possibility that Janet might have told her where she was.. Jermaine did tweet it publicly but she was still unable to get in contact with Katherine directly which she tweeted yesterday. All Im saying is how is Randy, Janet and Jermaine, REBBIE also are able to get contact with Katherine and not no one else EVEN MARLON??? That looks shady to me

A recap of the events for those not interested in wading thru the 50+ pages in the other thread:
Jackson family feud boils over in custody ruling on singer's children
The Jacksons of Gary, Ind., rose to fame on pitch-perfect harmonies, synchronized dance moves and an unwavering devotion to family as personified by their pious and steadfast mother.
But in the last week, those qualities have come to seem as out of date for the famous family as the bell bottoms and butterfly collars they sported on "The Ed Sullivan Show"four decades ago. In a bitter public feud that has played out in tabloid leaks, Twitter posts and police reports, some family members accused others of kidnapping the 82-year-old matriarch, Katherine, in a bid to enlist her in a fight over the vast fortune of their deceased superstar brother, Michael.
The tumult boiled over Wednesday when a Los Angeles judge stripped Katherine Jackson of custody of the late pop icon's three children. Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff transferred guardianship temporarily to a cousin after hearing allegations that Katherine Jackson was being "held against her will" at an Arizona spa and had sounded "strange" in the one phone call she made to relatives since leaving L.A. on July 15.
"I've never heard my grandmother talk like that," the cousin, Tito Joe "T.J." Jackson, told the judge about the early morning phone call Wednesday. "She wasn't sharp. Some words seemed a little slurred."
An attorney for Katherine Jackson, Sandra Ribera, told the judge that after staying with Michael Jackson's children this week in the Calabasas home where they live with their grandmother, "I have reason to believe she is being held or has been held against her will."
In naming T.J. Jackson temporary guardian, Beckloff said he was responding to "the intentional acts of third parties" rather than any misconduct by Katherine Jackson. He said that the law required T.J. Jackson, 34 — son of Michael's brother Tito — to file paperwork seeking permanent custody but that Katherine Jackson could be reinstated if she returned.
The relatives involved in arranging her out-of-state trip — her sons Randy and Jermaine and daughters Janet and Rebbie — were not in court. In television interviews, Randy Jackson has said his mother left town "under doctor's orders" to rest and relax. ABC News reported that she was returning to Los Angeles and that she said the court hearing was "based on a bunch of lies."
The fight between family factions became public over the weekend when relatives in Calabasas filed a missing person's report. Sheriff's deputies later closed the case after speaking with Katherine Jackson in Arizona, where she was staying with Rebbie.
That finding didn't dissuade 14-year-old Paris Jackson from taking to Twitter to declare her grandmother missing. "9 days and counting," she wrote. "So help me god i will make whoever did this pay." Then on Monday, deputies were called to break up a fight at the Calabasas residence between family members, and a video shot from inside the home subsequently surfaced online showing Janet Jackson swiping at a cellphone held by Paris.
The backdrop for the discord appears to be a widening family rift over who should control Michael Jackson's legacy and assets. On July 17, two days after their mother left L.A., Rebbie, Janet, Jermaine and Randy Jackson signed a letter demanding the resignation of the two men who oversee the star's posthumous business affairs.
The letter accused music industry veterans John Branca and John McClain of a host of misdeeds, including faking the will that gave them their powers, lying to Katherine Jackson and covering up the real cause of the star's 2009 death. "THIS HAS TO STOP NOW.... You've dishonored everything our brother Michael stood for," they wrote. Their brother Tito was listed as an author of the letter, but did not sign it and later repudiated its contents.
The letter, which was leaked to the tabloid site celebuzz.com, was notable for its vitriol and for the fact that many issues it raised seemed long settled. When Jackson died, his parents filed papers saying he died without a will and asking that his mother be put in charge of his estate. But days later, Branca, a longtime advisor, produced a 7-year-old will that put him and McClain in charge of the estate.
The probate court determined that the will was valid. Under the terms of the trust set up by Jackson, his mother received 40% of the estate proceeds and his children — Prince, 15; Paris, 14; and Blanket, 10 — split 40%. The remaining 20% goes to charity. When Katherine Jackson dies, the children inherit her portion of the proceeds. Jackson left nothing to his father or siblings.
In the months after Jackson's death, his family fought with the executors over a number of issues, including whether the estate should support the singer's father, Joe, and whether Katherine Jackson should have a formal role in management of the estate. Beckloff, the probate judge, repeatedly sided with the executors, saying the will had to be followed.
By most accounts, Branca and McClain's stewardship of Jackson's financial affairs and musical legacy has been a success. In the three years since his death, the estate has generated gross earnings of $475 million, according to a filing by the executors this month. They have also pared down the pop star's notorious $500-million debt. And they have covered all living expenses, from mortgages and tuition to vacations and spending money, for Katherine Jackson and his children.
According to court filings, the estate spent more than $5 million on family expenses in a 13-month period. But in the letter, the Jackson siblings accused the executors, who get a 10% cut of some earnings, of being motivated by money. In response, Branca and McClain released a statement saying they were "saddened that false and defamatory accusations grounded in stale Internet conspiracy theories are now being made by certain members of Michael's family whom he chose to leave out of his will."
Howard Mann, a business partner of Katherine Jackson, said the anger the siblings expressed in the letter was at odds with their mother's improving relationship with the executors in recent months. While she has done publicity for projects such as the Jackson Cirque du Soleil show, some of her children are eager for a showdown with executors, he said.
"Some in the family feel like opportunity is slipping away and something has to be done while Katherine still has the faculties to do it. I guess they feel like there's still some opportunity to overturn the will," Mann said. "It's literally like one has a hold of each of her hands and each of her feet and is just pulling." Huh?
I already said that it was unethical for him to be using Propofol to go to sleep but that doesnt make him an addict when that is a anesthia and you cant get addicted to it being you dont get any sensation from it. Janet was referring to PRESCIPTION PILLS MEDICATION with the reason why he died which is FALSE. There were NO PRESCRIPTIONS found in his body... he passed away because he was overdosed on Profopol which was negligently adminstered to him by the hands of someone else regardless if he wanted it or not........period.

Janet addressed the fact that Michael needed an intervention. Period. He was an addict. Have you ever seen his slurry interviews? Did you hear that horribly sad tape that was played during Dr. Murray's trial? He wasn't just an insomniac addicted to Propofol--he was on some other shit as well. She simply told the truth, and it is that truth that his fans cannot handle. Michael had been addicted to those pain pills ever since his scalp was burned in the 80s. "Get up off that grey line"
- E-mail - orgNote - Report post to moderator |
Michael was NOT taking pain PILLS medication when he died because the autospy SAID SO.. there was NONE found in his body.. GO ON THE NET AND READ IT YOURSELF because obviously you havent read it and instead relying on LIARS like Janet and the media.. I aint making this up...
Janet did not say he needed an intervention Janet said that interventions were held but couldnt recall dates, times and locations.. I think she was talking about the presciption use in the 90s but that doesnt mean he was still taking them up to the time he died... The autosy stated that Propofol was the cause of death all though there was other anethisa medications in his body. No prescription meds were found so you can stop saying that because you sound stupid as hell... and Janet didnt say shit... she said from what SHE thought was going on with him because she didnt know what was exactly goin on with Michael up until he died because she wasnt close with him...
You cant get addicted to something you cant feel or unconscious of... [Name calling snip - luv4u]
And I find it funny as hell you still dont find nothing wrong with the actions of Jacksons and trying to detract that question away by finding fault in Michael hen this isnt about him...
He just wanted it to go to sleep.

Was I the only one that was a little shocked when they heard Michael left the siblings NOTHING in his will?
I know I know, they supposedly had a difficult history, but Michael was worth hundreds of millions of dollars at his death. I thought he was really close to LaToya and close to Janet, Rebe and Tito.
Couldn't a bruh at least set them up with houses and a few mil?
Janet I feel is being unfairly maligned. As previously noted Michael had issues and I figured drugs were a major part of them. I mean didn't he have a pharmacy's worth of drugs in his medicine cabinet? There were reports of prescription drugs taken for everything from burns to broken legs and what not. If Janet was wishy washy during an interview about some intervention could you blame her? She was caught between being forthcoming AND not wanting to damage his legacy.

imo, can doctors lead patience to propofol. i'd be willing to bet a large all fruit smoothie that the doctors of the stars have deals with certain pharmaceutical companies to push the company's drugs. then the dr company trade is the taking documentation on the various effects of different medications given to the subject. then they use the documentaion for futher studies on the med.
as many know, many medications create many bazaar side effects. first a new medication is introduced, it has troublesome side effects. then to halt the first meds side effects, another med is give. you know the rest of the story. over medication!!!!! pain medications are the most addictive and it neutrolizes in the human system fairly fast to where the medicated can no longer administer it's needed effects to the subect. so a stronger medication is given to the patient. bingo-dependency.
some patients become aware of their addiction to pain medication and the such along the path. some times it's too late and the patient becomes a slave to the drug. no one really knows how strong the pain medications become via the private doctor(s). (only the prescribing dr. mongrols do)
my sardonic thanks to all the dr. lowpunk-enskekzees who have sold out on the health of many entertainment stars just to line their pockets. I feel for Katherine. I really do. I hope this all can be worked out.
With that being said, I think Jermaine and Randy's letter business needs to END. Give it up guys. Go work at McDonalds and earn your own money. The will was ruled to be valid. End of story. Plus, I'm pretty sure I read even if that will is proven to be invalid, there is another a few years earlier that in essence says the same thing.
Secondly, Kate could have prevented a lot of this drama with a simple phone-call to the grand-children, she can't believe were "taken" from her. A simple phone call. Come on now. (Maybe she should get a twitter haha.)
Lastly, I just want the kids to be with the adult they want to be with. They deserve that much. Not all this madness being fuled by money and greed. Not surprising given the history here. MJ Fan 1992-Forever

Former Rolling Stone reporter Randall Sullivan says Michael Jackson's siblings are going crazy over moneyLed by Randy Jackson, Michael Jackson's siblings have convinced themselves that they have a way of obtaining control of King of Pop's estate.BY RANDALL SULLIVAN / FOR THE NEW YORK DAILY NEWSWEDNESDAY, JULY 25, 2012, 11:37 PMRandall Sullivan, a former reporter for Rolling Stone, is the author of the forthcoming book “Untouchable: The Strange Life and Tragic Death of Michael Jackson” due in November. It is three years in the making, during which he gained unprecedented access to Jackson circles, including legal advisers and close associates. The following is Sullivan’s words on the current Jackson family crisis, as told to The News’ Sherryl Connelly: Is anyone in this situation considering the welfare of Michael Jackson’s children? Katherine is a very sweet person. Marlon and Tito are human. The rest of them? I doubt it.
In a nutshell, certain members of the family, led by Randy Jackson, have convinced themselves that they have a way of obtaining control of Michael Jackson’s estate. The only way they can do that is to get Katherine Jackson to sign over power of attorney.
That would give them the ability to sue the estate. I think Katherine was deceived into a situation in which she is effectively being held hostage. I don’t mean physically, or that she might be harmed, but that she has been told a lot of lies. And she hasn’t been able to speak with anyone who would correct that. She did speak with the children yesterday. I’m certain she isn’t being well advised. If she were in contact with her lawyers and advisers she wouldn’t be in this situation .
Randy and his father, Joe, have been determined to get control of the estate since the day Michael died. . . . Randy has a history that would make it certain that would never happen. . . . His own brother accused him of essentially stealing from him.
There is real anger and suspicion directed at John Branca (co-executor of the estate). Michael told many people that he felt that Branca had taken advantage of him. The family knows what that trust means. The Jackson family has access to the estate only as long as Katherine is alive. Once she dies, all of Michael’s siblings, his nieces and nephews are cut off.
Janet is the No. 2 in this, though she’s No. 1 in the power hierarchy. She’s become the new Michael of the family and she doesn’t want the family turning to her for handouts. Does she want John Branca brought down? I would just be guessing at what all of Janet’s motives might be. There are risks for all of them.
If Katherine comes out of this and takes a stern approach, now they are truly cut off. And they’ve alienated the estate so the chance of anyone getting the deal that Jackie has — he’s called an adviser and is paid by the estate — is over. I thought Jermaine was working with the estate, getting a new record contract and getting included in the Cirque de Soleil show. I actually thought they had bought his cooperation.
As for the kids, they have had to deal with so much adult reality at such a young age. I think they understand who their aunts and uncles are, I’m not sure they fully understand what is happening now. I don’t know if they understand that their custody is on the line. Fortunately the judge made a very wise decision.
If they persuade Katherine to sign something, I can’t imagine that litigation won’t be spreading in all directions. But the estate is not going to let this (the Jackson family to take control of the estate) happen.
I think there is a basis for suspecting the will. The one they publicly cited states that Michael signed the will at 5 p.m. on July 7, 2002, in Los Angeles. Michael was in New York for a four-day period covering that date making a very public display . . . protesting against Sony.

Katherine Jackson: Not Kidnapped, "Devastated" to Lose Custody of Michael's Kids
Katherine Jackson is alive and seemingly well, but also rather upset by the lies she says are circulating about her and her family.
"I am here today to let everybody know that I am fine and I am here with my children, and my children would never do a thing to me like that, holding me against my will. It's very stupid for people to think that," the Jackson family matriarch said in a taped statement to ABC News. Rebbie, Randy and Janet Jackson were by her side.
But while she was at Miraval Arizona Report and Spa in Tuscon for some R&R, one of her grandsons secured temporary custody of Michael Jackson's children, who have been in Katherine's care since the singer's death in 2009.
Their grandmother is "devastated"—and, she says, headed home ASAP.
"Before I left...I put everything in order with the appropriate people to take care of my children for me and it's really bad to hear that what's going on at home, and the children have been taken away—but I know that...I'll get there in time to get them back. And after I finish this, I will be on my way home." She says that some of her children brought her to Miraval for some much-needed rest.
"I had a very good time here—and if anyone wants to rest I think they should come here," the 82-year-old mother of eight surviving children. "Because there's a lot of lies that have been put out there and I am going home to straighten them out and this kind of stuff doesn't make sense. So I want to say goodbye and I am on my way home."
Rebbie, Randy, Janet, Jermaine and Tito Jackson penned a letter last week to the executors of Michael's estate, accusing them of fraudulently placing themselves in control by way of a fake will and demanding that they resign.
Tito has since retracted his signature from the letter, just as his 34-year-old son T.J. was successfully petitioning to be temporary guardian to Michael's kids, 15-year-old Prince, 14-year-old Paris and 10-year-old Blanket.
Katherine says that she left the kids with T.J. and a full staff, including nannies, housekeepers and a cook, and that someone in the house inexplicably sent all of the employees away.
"I don't know who did that but they don't have that power and they shouldn't have done it," she continued. "And now, the people are saying [the kids] are there with nothing to eat. I am sure they have something to eat but it's probably not healthy because the cook is not there.
"But since I have also been away, my guardianship, which I just said, my children, have been taken away from me, my guardianship has been taken away from me...I spoke to my grandson TJ and also I spoke to Prince and Paris last night and told him I would be home today and they're waiting for me to come."
Katherine says she didn't call anybody from Arizona because she gave up her phone when she arrived, not wanting to make or receive calls while she was resting. Her assistant, Janice Smith, had been touching base with T.J. over the phone to make sure everything was OK at home, she added.
She says she thinks that today's court ruling "was based on a bunch of lies, but I have a good idea who's doing that and who's behind that." T.J., who is now also the recepient of the $86,000 in monthly child support payments Katherine was receiving from Michael's estate, is petitioning to be his cousins' permanent guardian. His lawyer said in court today that his client was worried for Katherine's well-being and didn't trust the aunts and uncles who had whisked her away to Arizona.
"The kids love T.J. and trust him. This is good news," a source close to the situation told E! News today. "T.J. didn't step in to remove her. He stepped in because she is not there. He is extremely tight for his grandmother." MJ L.O.V.E: https://www.facebook.com/...689&type=2 / YOUTUBE: http://www.youtube.com/us...nderSilent

Exclusive: Katherine Jackson 'Devastated,' Court Hearing 'Based on a Bunch of Lies'
Michael Jackson's mother is "devastated" his children have been "taken away" from her while she was vacationing in Arizona and she's returning to Los Angeles to be reunited with them today, she told ABC News exclusively.
"I am devastated that while I've been away, my grandchildren have been taken away from me, and I'm coming home," Katherine Jackson said.
Speaking to ABC News' cameras from the Miraval Arizona Report & Spa in Tucson, Ariz., where the 82-year-old Jackson family matriarch had been resting for at least a week, Katherine Jackson also addressed the uncertainty concerning her whereabouts.
Katherine Jackson is the guardian of her late son Michael Jackson's children -- Prince, Paris and Blanket -- but they reportedly have not been heard from her in days. In the meantime, there are reports of disputes among Jackson family members at Katherine Jackson's Calabasas, Calif., home.
"There are rumors going around about me that I have been kidnapped and held against my will," Katherine Jackson said. "I am here today to let everybody to know that I am fine." "My children would never do a thing to me like that, holding me against my will," she added. "It's very stupid for people to think that."
At Katherine Jackson's side during the taped statement, which she read from paper, were her children Rebbie, Jermaine and Janet Jackson. Also sitting next to her was Rebbie Jackson's daughter, Stacy, and a representative from the resort.
While reading the statement, Katherine broke off a couple of times and family members helped her find her place. ABC News was not allowed to ask the family questions.
Katherine Jackson said a court ruling today that made TJ Jackson -- the son of Michael Jackson's brother, Tito Jackson, and grandson of Katherine Jackson -- the temporary guardian of Michael Jackson's children was "based on a bunch of lies." She said her stay in Arizona at the Miraval was a "short vacation and rest."
"There's a lot of lies that have been put out there and I am going home to straighten them out, and this kind of stuff doesn't make sense," she said.
As for not calling her grandchildren for days, Katherine Jackson said, "One reason I didn't call is I just gave up my phone and I didn't want to have any phone calls while I was here."
Another brother of Michael Jackson, Randy Jackson, said in an earlier interview that their sister, Rebbie Jackson, was with their mother, Katherine Jackson, at the resort and kept her cell phone with her. Michael Jackson's children knew they could call their Aunt Rebbie's phone to reach the group at any time, Randy Jackson said. http://abcnews.go.com/Ent...BDH02FDzNp
Transcript of Katherine Jackson's Statement to ABC News:
Hello, I'm Katherine Jackson, and there are rumors going around about me that I have been kidnapped and held against my will.
I am here today to let everybody know that I am fine and I am here with my children, and my children would never do a thing to me like that, holding me against my will. It's very stupid for people to think that.
But anyway, I am devastated that while I've been away, that my children, my grandchildren, have been taken away from me, and I'm coming home to see about that, also.
So I spoke to my grandson, TJ, last night, that I left there to be in charge of my children -- and I never leave home without leaving them with instructions of who to stay there with them, the nanny and all of them -- and someone had let go the cook, the nanny, and also the housekeepers.
I don't know who did that but they don't have that power and they shouldn't have done it. And now, the people are saying they are there with nothing to eat. I am sure they have something to eat but it's probably not healthy because the cook is not there.
But since I have also been away, my guardianship, which I just said, my children, have been taken away from me, my guardianship has been taken away from me. And, but, I spoke to my grandson TJ and also I spoke to Prince and Paris last night and told him I would be home today and they're waiting for me to come.
And I told him it wasn't necessary for him to go down and sign for guardianship. ... I don't know who instructed him to do that -- but that's what, but he wanted me to come home before that happened, but the ruling in court today was about the guardianship and I think it was based on a bunch of lies, but I have a good idea who's doing that and who's behind that.
But I am grateful for my children that they saw that I needed rest and they wanted to take me away for a while, just a short vacation and rest up. But one thing I have to say ... that I'm here at Miraval. They have taken good care of me and have made sure that I got the rest that I needed. One reason I haven't called is I just gave up my phone and I didn't want to have any phone calls while I was here.
My assistant, Janice Smith, have been calling back home to see how things were going and she had been keeping in contact with my nephew, I mean my grandson, and he says everything is going fine. But I was still thinking about the children and I still worry about them, but they are fine.
Before I left, as I said, I put everything in order with the appropriate people to take care of my children for me and it's really bad to hear that what's going on at home, and the children have been taken away -- but I know that ... I'll get there in time to get them back. And after I finish this, I will be on my way home.
I have to thank Miraval again for taking very good care of me and making sure I got good rest. We don't get much -- we saw an electric show because it was lightening and we saw a rainbow. I had a very good time here -- and if anyone wants to rest I think they should come here. Because there's a lot of lies that have been put out there and I am going home to straighten them out and this kind of stuff doesn't make sense. So I want to say goodbye and I am on my way home. http://abcnews.go.com/Ent...BDH52FDzNo
