Lord, where do people come up with this crap that Michael could be manipulated? Just because Michael was kind-hearted and loving does not make him weak. There is NO ONE who actually worked with Michael who would call him weak or easily manipulated. A weak man could not keep the Sony/ATV catalogue when going through the worse time of his life-that trial. A weak man would have given up sold his catalogue, filed for bankrupty, not SOLD-OUT 50 concerts in one city. A weak man being manipulated would have given in to his OWN family badgering the fuck out of him for money and to go on tour. Michael did what HE wanted to do. The fact that some of the people who worked for him were louses, does not mean that Michael was manipulated. The only person who could get to Michael, try to manipulate him, was his mother, Katherine. She USED Michael and the family her to get to Michael to do what THEY wanted. Michael's love for her was non-negotionable. That is the very reason that he left 40% of his fortune to her. He knew that she would give his siblings money and that is the reason that he did it. However, these greedy bastards want ALL of the money forgetting that Michael's money goes to his rightful heirs- his own children. Randy and Co. are full of shit because THEY are not in the will. You can bet that these greedy, country-ass people would be happy as hell if they were in the will and wouldn't be saying a damn thing about it being fake. This is all about GREED and MONEY$$$ from the Jackson Family.

mj was not in the habit of lambasting his family publically, no. however, he had some choice things to say about his brothers in a privately taped interview with that rabbi. moreover, over at the ny post or daily news site, they recounted mj's own testimony in a deposition in which randy was involved in some business affairs with him (you can locate it, if you're inclined to know the FACTS as mj spoke them, not just what you have chosen to believe). that depo was not complimentary to randy. not at all.

up thread, a poster noted that latoya was the original shit stirrer in this family, putting their private business in the street for nearly two decades now. even you have admitted that she said she had a cd (or something) that mj supposedly had given her for some purpose (yada, yada, yada) in secret. if she can keep a secret, how do we even know about that? in addition, based on what i read by posters who've seen it, in david gest's docu about mj, he (and i believe, tito) talks about how mj could not stand her after what she did to him in '94, and had as little to do with her as possible afterwards.

the whole thing about the will has been sorted out. it was a simple error. the lawyers were from l.a., they wrote l.a. on the docs when they took it to nyc for mj to sign. all the signatories, even the one who's no longer involved, all the witnesses, stipulated to this under oath. the judge approved the will b/c the previous '97 will was ALMOST IDENTICAL. mj was consistent over the years in what his wishes were. judges do not just throw out docs for simple errors; there is contract law that deals with these occurences as they happen all the time. he did his due diligence by looking at the previous will so that he could glean mj's intent. that's all that matters. these are facts, cynic, i'm not making this up.

I think as the brother closest in age to her Randy probably has a very strong place in her heart, and may know just how to pull on that string. Randy needs to be put in a mental institution. This mad man is NOW blaming the fiasco the he, Janet, Rebbie, Jermaine insitigated on the estate and saying that the estate is denying THEM access to their mother? Can it get any worse for these people? Their plan has backfired and they are going crazy. They have no one to blame but themselves.
