The video of Katy and her kids looks as staged as a grade school play. But fine if you believe that then I ask what grandmother/guardian allows herself to be whisked away to a spa, that doesnt allow cellphone or room phones; which has been proven to be a lie, and not have contract with her grandkids for a week or more???

Hell every grandparent I've met talks bout nothing more than the dam grandchildren.

Conrad Murray invites Katherine Jackson to visit him in jail

Los Angeles (CNN) -- Conrad Murray, the doctor convicted in Michael Jackson's death, is inviting the late pop star's mother to visit him in jail to "answer any questions she might have."

Murray extended the invitation Tuesday night in a statement released to CNN through his lawyers, Valerie Wass and Michael Flanagan.

"I've been told that she has a desire to speak with me before she departs this life," Murray said. "Seeing that she is up in age and in questionable health, and the fact that she is the mother of a very dear departed friend, it would give me great pleasure to sit with her one on one and answer any questions she might have."

Murray was sentenced to four years in prison last November after a jury convicted him of involuntary manslaughter in Jackson's June 25, 2009, death.

Murray, who is expected to serve at least two years in a Los Angeles County jail, said he would put Katherine Jackson's name on his visitor's list.

"It would put her at peace," he said. "I would do that truly out of concern for her and altruistic love and concern for others. I want to see her. I do not want Mrs. Jackson to suffer. She remains as dear to me as my own mother, unbeknownst to her."

News coverage of the ongoing feud among members of the Jackson family apparently prompted Murray's offer.

"Although I am not permitted to see the news in jail, there are times when intermittent snippets are seen before a channel change occurs," Murray said. "I recently saw Katherine Jackson in one of those snippets. She appeared to be extremely sad. I also heard she is having a difficult time."

A representative for Katherine Jackson said he would present the offer to her, but he doubted she would accept.

Katherine Jackson is dealing with a major division in her family that grew larger when four of her children recently took her to Arizona for 10 days without letting Michael Jackson's three children speak to her.

Ummmmm, dont think now would be a good time for a visit with Connie neutral

mrs jackson, "stay away from that jail. The jail is dangerous. Don't go near it. Don't even look at the jail."

evil character awaits mrs jackson known as murray the jailtergeist-host.

seriously though, if she goes to see d-murray i think it will not be in her best interest health-wise. mrs. jackson is under a lot of pressure and accepting the invite to the jail would be very bad for her.

katherine better hope that the judge's attitude is as cavalier as yours. see, cause the judge is not a nightline producer. janet's not going to be able to tell him that he can't ask kat any questions. judge beckloff is going to be asking her a lot of questions, and i don't think "your honor, i just didn't feel like talking", is gonna cut it.

Katherine Jackson laughs at stroke report, lawyer says

By Alan Duke, CNN
updated 3:37 AM EDT, Fri July 27, 2012
STORY HIGHLIGHTS
  • "I had a long and productive meeting today with Mrs. Jackson," her lawyer says
  • He promises to make public more details about Katherine Jackson on Friday
  • A judge suspended her as guardian of Michael Jackson's children on Wednesday
  • "I'm really angry and hurt," Prince Jackson tweets

Los Angeles (CNN) -- Katherine Jackson's lawyer met with her Thursday evening for the first time since her Arizona trip that led to her losing custody of Michael Jackson's children.

The 82-year-old Jackson family matriarch even found humor in some of the speculation about her health that emerged in the past week, the attorney, Perry Sanders, told CNN.

"I had a long and productive meeting today with Mrs. Jackson," Sanders said. "I am pleased to report that she is fine and she laughed at the widely publicized report that she had suffered a stroke."

A letter signed by several of her children accusing executors of her estate of abusing her referred to a "mini-stroke," which her lawyer said never happened.

Sanders, who promised to make public more details Friday, had previously said once he met with Jackson he would file a petition to restore her guardianship of Michael Jackson's children: Prince, 15; Paris, 14; and Prince Michael II, 10, who's also known as Blanket.

A judge suspended Katherine Jackson as their guardian Wednesday because of her absence, which her own lawyers suggested might have been against her will. TJ Jackson, the 34-year-old son of Tito Jackson, was named temporary guardian.

Janet, Jermaine, Randy and Rebbie Jackson teamed up to take their mother to a spa near Tucson, Arizona, on July 15, later saying it was under a doctor's orders.

Michael Jackson's three children, who have been in their grandmother's custody since their father's death three years ago, became upset after several days of not hearing from her. Critical tweets have flowed from Paris for days, but her older and usually less outspoken brother was heard Thursday.

Prince criticized his famous aunts and uncles on Twitter, saying they had taken his grandmother away and kept her out of touch for 10 days.

"I'm really angry and hurt," he tweeted just hours after his grandmother returned to her Calabasas, California, home early Thursday.

"Although I am happy my grandma was returned, after speaking with her I realized how misguided and how badly she was lied to," Prince tweeted.

His Twitter posts included a photo of his cell phone screen, which he said showed "a group chat I had started to several family members. This group text message I had started was replied to but they didn't know that I could see the responses. For this whole time, they denied us contact to our grandmother."

The image appeared to show Prince sending a text to aunts Rebbie and Janet Jackson: "This is enough so I am texting you for the simple fact that WE DEMAND TO SPEAK TO MY GRANDMA NOW!!!"

The reply, apparently from Janet Jackson, was: "Don't let them pls."

The text exchange came three hours after Janet Jackson was seen on security camera video apparently attempting to take Paris Jackson's cell phone away in the driveway of Katherine Jackson's home. Janet Jackson's representative did not immediately reply to CNN's request for comment.

Prince's Twitter posting referred to words of caution from his father.

"As long as I can remember my dad had repeatedly warned me of certain people and their ways," he tweeted.

The tweet concluded, "If you continue with your lies I will continue with the truth." It was signed "Michael Jackson Jr."

The tweets mysteriously disappeared several hours later, replaced with a message disavowing them. That message subsequently vanished and was replaced by another saying Prince didn't know if his account had been "hacked."

He then reposted the original message about his grandmother and the image of the text exchange.

Before Katherine Jackson began the long drive back to California on Wednesday, she appeared on camera and read a statement to ABC News.

As her children Rebbie, Jermaine and Janet stood behind her, she read from a yellow notepad:

"I am devastated that while I've been away ... my grandchildren have been taken away from me, and I'm coming home to see about that," Jackson said. The network was not allowed to ask her any questions.

At a hearing Wednesday, Katherine Jackson attorney Sandra Ribera told Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff that there was reason to believe Jackson had been held against her will.

Beckloff suspended her as the children's custodian because she may be "prevented from acting as a guardian because of the acts of third parties."

In her statement, Katherine Jackson disputed the judge's findings.

"I am here today to let everybody know that I am fine and I am here with my children, and my children would never do a thing to me like that, holding me against my will. It's very stupid for people to think that," she said.

What's Going On In Katherine Jackson's House?

PHOTO: Katherine Jackson is shown during the Michael Jackson Hand And Footprint Ceremony at Grauman's Chinese Theatre, Jan. 26, 2012 in Hollywood, Calif.

Katherine Jackson returned to her Calabasas, Calif. home this morning after spending more than a week in Arizona, where she was out of contact with the children of her son, Michael Jackson.

Though she's back, confusion continues. Sources told ABC News that while Paris Michael, Prince Michael, and Prince Michael II have been filling her in on everything that has gone on over the past week, phones in the house and Katherine Jackson's cell phone keep ringing. "Talk about a turnaround," sources said. "Prince and Paris are not allowing Katherine to answer because they don't want the Jackson siblings to interfere." It was unclear whether the two were successful in keeping their grandmother from her phone.

Meanwhile, TJ Jackson, Katherine Jackson's 34-year-old grandson who was named the temporary guardian of Michael Jackson's kids Wednesday, is trying to work things out with his grandmother, whose guardianship remains suspended. "TJ needs and probably won't be able to get the assurances he seeks that the Jackson siblings won't pull these kinds of stunts anymore," sources told ABC News. Sources said TJ Jackson is concerned about Michael Jackson's three kids and the affect the ordeal of the past week has had on them.

Perry Sanders, Katherine Jackson's estate attorney, told ABC News he expects to meet with his client today and file a petition to restore her guardianship.

Michael Jackson's children reacted to the return of their grandmother on Twitter. Paris Michael tweeted "grandma's here ! #thankyougod <33" early today. Prince Michael posted a longer statement, saying "Although I am happy my grandma was returned, after speaking with her I realized how misguided and how badly she was lied to. I'm really angry and hurt."

He also posted a screen shot of a text mesage exchange that appeared to show Janet Jackson telling his relatives not to let him speak to Katherine Jackson.

Katherine Jackson Explains Whereabouts: Exclusive Watch Video

Katherine Jackson's homecoming comes after her exclusive statement to ABC News Wednesday, in which she said she was "devastated" that the children were "taken away" from her while she was vacationing in Arizona. Michael Jackson named her legal guardian in his will, but a judge Wednesday named another grandson TJ Jackson temporary guardian of Michael's children.

"I am devastated that while I've been away, my grandchildren have been taken away from me, and I'm coming home," Katherine Jackson said.

Speaking to ABC News from the Miraval Arizona Report & Spa in Tucson, Ariz., where the 82-year-old Jackson family matriarch had been resting for at least a week, Katherine Jackson also addressed the uncertainty concerning her whereabouts.

Katherine Jackson is the guardian of her late son Michael Jackson's children -- Paris Michael, Prince Michael, and Prince Michael II -- but prior to Tuesday night, they had not heard from her in days. In her absence, there were reports of disputes among Jackson family members at Katherine Jackson's Calabasas, Calif., home.

"There are rumors going around about me that I have been kidnapped and held against my will," Katherine Jackson said. "I am here today to let everybody to know that I am fine.

"My children would never do a thing to me like that, holding me against my will," she added. "It's very stupid for people to think that."

Katherine Jackson said a court ruling Wednesday that made TJ Jackson -- the son of Michael Jackson's brother Tito Jackson and grandson of Katherine Jackson -- the temporary guardian of Michael Jackson's children was "based on a bunch of lies."

She said her stay in Arizona at the Miraval was a "short vacation and rest."

"There's a lot of lies that have been put out there and I am going home to straighten them out, and this kind of stuff doesn't make sense," she said.

As for not calling her grandchildren for days, Katherine Jackson said, "One reason I didn't call is I just gave up my phone and I didn't want to have any phone calls while I was here."

Below, read Katherine Jackson's full statement to ABC News:

Hello, I'm Katherine Jackson, and there are rumors going around about me that I have been kidnapped and held against my will.

I am here today to let everybody know that I am fine and I am here with my children, and my children would never do a thing to me like that, holding me against my will. It's very stupid for people to think that.

But anyway, I am devastated that while I've been away, that my children, my grandchildren, have been taken away from me, and I'm coming home to see about that, also.

So I spoke to my grandson, TJ, last night, that I left there to be in charge of my children -- and I never leave home without leaving them with instructions of who to stay there with them, the nanny and all of them -- and someone had let go the cook, the nanny, and also the housekeepers. I don't know who did that but they don't have that power and they shouldn't have done it.

And now, the people are saying they are there with nothing to eat. I am sure they have something to eat but it's probably not healthy because the cook is not there.

Why is Janet Jackson in the middle of the Jackson family drama?

janet-randy-jackson-reuters-660.jpg

A family source tells FOX411 that the Jackon family's mind-blowing row comes down to one motivator: access to the late Michael Jackson’s estate.

“Michael’s siblings want money and from day one, [their mom] Katherine wouldn’t side with the siblings on their mission,” a closely connected Jackson family insider told FOX411’s Pop Tarts column.

So why then is Janet Jackson, herself worth $100-$150 million, right in the middle of things? Unlike her brothers, who haven’t had much musical success since their childhood days in the Jackson 5, Janet is rolling in it, plus, her boyfriend of a couple years is billionaire businessman Wissam Al Mana.

“Janet’s involvement is purely about her devotion to anything Randy does and says, and is a product of that old saying ‘idle hands are the Devil’s workshop,’” the source explained. “She only has money going out, and nothing new coming in, so she doesn't want to be in a position where her family is counting on her like they did Michael. Thus, she would like to see her family gain control of Michael's money.”

Not only did Janet sign the letter accusing the executors of Jackson's estate of fraud, she was one of the key players involved in tearing through the gates of the Calabasas compound this week and reportedly partaking in aggressive action to remove electronics and communications tools belonging to Prince, Paris and Blanket, in an effort to prohibit their tweeting and relaying information with the outside world.

Probably the most shocking part is that Janet was allegedly caught on tape slapping her niece Paris and calling her a “spoiled little bitch,” to which the 14-year-old retorted with a slap of her own and screamed at her famous aunt: "This is our house. Not the Jackson family house. Get the f**k out!"

Prince took to Twitter on Thursday to publish a direct message he sent to family members demanding he speak to his grandmother, along with Janet's reply: “Don’t let them please.” The tweet was later deleted, apparently on request from Katherine who had asked him to "cool down."

We’re told that MJ’s kids are still reeling over their grandmother’s bizarre “disappearance,” and feel that she was “brainwashed and taken away.” Those close to them are concerned about the emotional impact the ordeal has had and how it will affect their ability to trust those around them. The saga also has Prince, Paris and Blanket grieving the devastating loss of their dad all over again.

However, Katherine’s homecoming on Thursday did bring about some much-needed relief.

“grandma’s here! #thankyougod <33,” Paris tweeted, while her older brother Prince Michael wrote: “As long as I can remember my dad had repeatedly warned me of certain people and their ways. Although I am happy my grandma was returned, after speaking with her I realized how misguided and how badly she was lied to. I’m really angry and hurt.”

This tweet has also been removed.

"This is all going to end badly. Now, TJ is trying to do damage control but the damage is so deep, things are to far gone," said our source. "TJ knows that Randy, Jermaine, Rebbie and Janet are still threats so he wants to keep custody permanently because they would pose no threat to him and Michael's children anymore. TJ will discourage contact until things have settled down a bit."

Reps for Katherine, Janet and the Jackson brothers did not respond to a request for comment.

The turmoil began when some of the siblings signed a legal letter accusing the executors of Michael’s estate – John Branca and John McClain – of fraud, forgery, exploitation and abuse of MJ’s finances. Next up, their mother Katherine, the former guardian of Michael’s three children was last weekend officially reported to be “missing” by other relatives. She was soon located in Arizona, although for almost two weeks she was not in contact with the young children who were supposed to be under her care. Jermaine Jackson tweeted that his mother was on a medically ordered vacation after news of his “missing” status surfaced, however her mysterious absence ignited a physical altercation which required police intervention on Monday. Subsequently the matriarch of the household lost custody of Prince, Paris and Blanket, who are now under the temporary guardianship of their cousin, Tito’s son TJ Jackson. Attorneys for Katherine have confirmed she will file for a reinstatement.

La Toya to Family
Stop Fighting In Public!

[img:$uid]http://ll-media.tmz.com/2012/07/26/0726-latoya-jackson-1.jpg[/img:$uid]

La Toya Jackson is a conscientious objector ... REFUSING to take part in the Jackson media war ... because she believes all of the PUBLIC feuding is damaging the family name.

La Toya -- who's not exactly shy when it comes to publicity -- has been noticeably absent from the media blitz surrounding Michael Jackson's kids and the MJ Estate.

We're told La Toya feels VERY STRONGLY that the most effective way to solve the family problems are NOT to attack each other in public ... but rather hash things out quietly ... and respectfully ... in private.

So whose side is she on? Sources say she's definitely NOT aligned with Janet, Randy, Jermaine and Rebbie ... and wasn't thrilled to see them camera-whoring all over TV this week.

Bottom line -- we're told La Toya wants what's best for Michael's kids ... and feels the quicker the family can stop making a public spectacle of themselves ... the better off the kids will be.

With Katherine home, it's time for them to handle it PRIVATELY

No more interviews

No more Twitter (the kids are getting attacked and other members are too)

and no more "sources within the family"

I couldn't agree with you more. Question is, are they able to do it?

Hmmm, I'm reluctant to give Latoya any applause just yet just because she's remained quiet. She may not be in agreement with Janet, Randy and Jermaine, which is good, but why not join Marlon, Jackie and Tito in publicly speaking out against the actions of her other siblings? Simply keeping her mouth shut isnt good enough imo. Was she concerned about what happened to her mother and her whereabouts over the past week? I wonder if she tried to contact Katherine. As outspoken and publicity hungry as she usually is she definitely could have come out and publicly voiced concern over her mother's whereabouts and come to Prince, Paris, and Blanket's aid. The way I see it, to merely remain quiet and not speak against the horrendous actions of her siblings is basically cooperating with them. Some will probably disagree and say that LaToya just is deciding to keep the family business private---but this is Latoya Jackson we're talking about here, since when has she ever favored keeping family business private? lol She was the FIRST in that family to air out their dirty laundry and expose the skeletons in the closet. She's always the first to go on Access Hollywood, Extra or any entertainment show to give her twocents on what's going on in the family. And she aint shy about tweeting either.

She was soon located in Arizona, although for almost two weeks she was not in contact with the young children who were supposed to be under her care. this seems full of inaccuracies...and i've never heard one word about janet and randy being that close. they could be, i've just never heard about it.

What benefit is there to her speaking out? If she goes on Access this or Extra that, she in promoting herself - Celebrity Apprentice, or what have you. At this point she risks alienating members of her family to no end - and for what? But you're right, deserving of applause - ???

I can agree with her keeping out of it but the whole "let's keep it private" aspect. Oh fucking please! This from the originator of putting Jackson family business on full blast in public??? Girl, bye! talk to the hand

I knew from the start that I loved you with all my heart.
