Paris is obviously confused and frustrated at what's going on.Put yourself in her shoes. And it's a good thing that she's posting on Twitter. All of this craziness needs to be documented. Her relatives are acting like fools and they're clearly plotting something.
"Adults bicker all the time"
This isn't just a case of family members bickering. This is a full-blown family WAR,with MJ's children caught in the middle. It's not a healthy situation.

And WORK!
I don't think that Joe would be the only way for them to get into showbusiness. Many people do not have Joe, yet they managed to succee. I'm glad other people's family problems are entertaining you.
At 14 years old - i wouldn't dare to argue with my Aunts or Uncles let alone broadcast it to the world.
'is she confused?' i thought she was a smart, well headed individual exposing the wrong doings of the evil Jackson clan like you and other stands suggested in earlier posts.

You're trying to make this all about Paris, while ignoring what the other family members are doing. The real damage here isn't being done by a 14-year old girl.

Yes, it does! And sadly I think it's only about to get worse. I knew from the start that I loved you with all my heart.

I often think what would happen to their family, if it was not MJ ... It is obvious that they would not have become world-famous ... other children of Katherine and Joe did not have at least near so much talent and charm, which was MJ in early childhood. But I'm not sure it would be worse for them. I think that fame and money spoiled them and their relationship ... maybe they would have been a normal happy family with average earnings, and respect for each other. [Edited 7/25/12 3:06am]

What a poor response.
Paris Jackson in the the focal point of this fiasco so of course i'm going to focus my attention on her. duh!
When Janet, Rebbie and Katherine provide a first hand response to the situation - I will comment accordingly.
When i get time to read Jermaines statements or listen to Randy's - I will too make an informed response.
I don't really accept TMZ and other tabloid publication's accounts as authentic - you might - But i'm not a sheep.

facts are facts. You can speculate all you want about MJ initally making it without his father.
But he didn't - and that my friend is a fact.

Yeah, those people never comment on lawyers written in that letter who claim they do not represent them. They don't mind that TJ is on Paris' side, that Marlon's crying not knowing where the mother is, Jackie sitting next to him obviously in agreement and Tito trying to distance himself from the letter, too. Katherine Jackson while resting and being ok as Jermaine and Randy claim being oblivious to the fact that she might lose the custody. And why were they trying to get the kids out when all they are asking for is a simple phone-call. "When Michael Jackson is just singing and dancing, you just think this is an astonishing talent. And he has had this astounding talent all his life, but we want him to be floored as well. We really don´t like the idea that he could have it all."

Paris Jackson did *NOT* create this latest family drama.By all accounts, she and her brothers were doing just fine, living with their grandmother. It was the *other familly members* who came along with that ridiculous letter which ignited this whole media firestorm. And then Katherine's bizarre disappearance.Paris had nothing to do with any of that.
You obviously want to give the family members the benefit of the doubt, and that's fine. But don't you dare act as if a 14-year old girl is responsible for all of this feuding and drama.Long before Paris came along, the Jacksons were exhibiting shady, questionable behavior and family feuds. Why do you think Michael wasn't really close to most of them?
Are we clear on that? | |

Oh really? And he obviuosly failed misserably the minute Joseph left him. Michael's career obviously really took off the minute he left Joe and his brothers. Or are you trying to tell me that Joe helped him create Thriller? [Edited 7/25/12 3:22am] "When Michael Jackson is just singing and dancing, you just think this is an astonishing talent. You obviously can't have a discussion without acting like an aggressive little person.
So you must have the intellect of a minor therefore your opinions are beneath me don't hold much value to me.
Please learn to express yourself in a more controlled manner and then i will respond to your arguments. Until then this discussion with you is effectively over.

The word initially does not make that much difference, cause the other siblings also had Joe there and none of the other brothers made it this far. The fact that Joseph helped him initially does not mean he wouldn't be able to do it himself, so what's your point? The fact that I can't obviously prove it cause I am not God to change the history does not mean that it couldn't happen. The fact that he was able to go on without his family while the rest struggled proves he was able to do very well himself. "When Michael Jackson is just singing and dancing, you just think this is an astonishing talent. And he has had this astounding talent all his life, but we want him to be floored as well. That's what I really don't understand, at all. All these grown ass people sitting on the sidelines trying to blame this 14 year old girl for the whole mess because she isn't "staying in a child's place and being quiet" about what's going on is just freaking reprehensible to me, honestly!
For one thing, I don't understand what the hell their grown asses are doing following a 14 year old girl on Twitter in the first damn place and for another, that whole debilitating mentality of not putting "family business" in the street is the main reason children are abused and misused for years by family members.
Some adults in her family that should know better are hurting that girl by keeping her Grandmother and legal guardian away from her and her brothers. I have to say other than making me cry at Michael's Memorial Service, I hadn't thought much about the girl ever but as this saga continues, she's certainly earning my respect a whole lot, for not just shutting up, sitting still and taking it. I knew from the start that I loved you with all my heart.

I wonder what Katherine is going to say and how she wil explain it all once she returns form her "vacation". News/Michael Jackson Family Drama: Could Katherine Jackson Lose Custody of Prince, Paris and Blanket? To say the Jackson family is having some issues right now is an understatement. But has Michael Jackson's mother Katherine Jackson risked losing custody of the late pop star's three children: Prince, Paris and Blanket? Doreen Olson, an attorney specializing in guardianship and family law, told E! News she doesn't necessarily think the 82-year-old Jackson family matriarch leaving Paris, 14, for a week (per the teen's tweet) is a violation of her role as a guardian. Olson said the guardian "steps into the shoes of the parent," and the individual has "the same responsibility any parent has." As to whether a guardian can leave a minor alone? "Just like a parent, you have discretion," Olson explained. MORE: Katherine Jackson Located, Is Safe With Family "If [Katherine] chooses to go on a vacation and leave the kids with their aunt, and that aunt is buying them clothes, giving them shelter, etc., then I don't think there would be any cause for someone to have her removed as guardian," Olson said."It would be a different case if you found the kids' tuition wasn't being paid, if the kids weren't' dressed appropriately, if they were not getting medical care, not being cared for properly as a result of finances—then it would be a problem." If other Jackson family members are considering a move to remove Katherine as the children's guardian, Olsen said they must show that Katherine's care of the children is causing detriment to their health, safety and well being. MORE: Michael Jackson's "...ttle Rages Per Katherine's attorney, police were called Monday after certain Jackson family me..." her home and reportedly attempted to remove the kids' phones. Paris has voiced her concern over the situation on Twitter, writing Monday: "8 days and counting . something is really off , this isn't like her at all .. i wanna talk directly to my grandmother!! On Tuesday, she reiterated: " 9 days and counting… so help me god i will make whoever did this pay" Some media reports have claimed Michael's nephew, 34-year-old T.J. Jackson, is seeking temporary guardianship of Prince, Paris and Blanket. For the kids' sake, we hope the Jacksons can settle this family drama quickly.

According to reports, they are basically keeping her sequestered and "brainwashing" the matriarch until they can convince her to contest the will
Normally, this "info" would be considered tabloid nonsense. But since this is the Jacksons we are talking about,it's not out of the question.

So this would mean that Marlon, Jackie, & Tito have a problem with Rebbie too right? I'm trying to decide who's on what side. Latoya is nowhere to be seen (yet I'm sure she'll strike soon), and Randy, Janet, & Jermaine seem to be the three amigos making the most waves against the estate/children. They apparently know where Katherine is (as Randall points out in the Sharpton interview) which contrasts with what Marlon's crying about it. So there at odds.
It's Marlon, Jackie & Tito against Jermaine, Rebbie, Janet, & Randy.
We're just waiting on Black Death now to pick a team. There we go.

I just looked at the Insider video. I thought Marlon was alone in it but no, Jackie and Tito are there too. So WTF? They can't call Rebbie either? If Katherine is well enough to be up playing Uno with Rebbie and her family as the picture that was released suggests, then she seems well enough to handle a phone call letting her other children and her grandchildren know that she is alright.
This whole mess is truly bazaar, even by the Jackson's standards...it's bazaar as hell and that's scary! [Edited 7/25/12 4:48am] I knew from the start that I loved you with all my heart.

several reports claim that MJ's estate is now worth a billion dollars.I think certain family members are panicking/getting anxious at that news, and are determined to get a piece of all that cash. That's what this whole thing is all about. Now that all the debts have been paid off and MJ's estate is in the black, they decide to strike.

When Michael died and the terms in the will were announced I knew there was gonna be a problem. I said it from the get-go. That the siblings would be mad that he left them nothing. I remember Jermaine doing the late-night circuit (Larry King and what not) telling folks that it didn't matter, we're family, it's not about the money, yada yada yada. Bullshit. They should respect his wishes instead of trying to steal, yes steal his children's rights. Half of them didn't even fuckin belong in Hayvenhurst. Randy & Jermaine, the two deadbeats, lived there for ages without doing nothing. Had there kids staying there -- with the baby momma. They have some nerve. And arguing and snatching shit from your 14 year old niece while your damn near 50? Totally uncalled for.
