Some folks may think LaToya is being the sane, sensible one by staying quiet and not signing that letter. But I'm willing to bet she is a quiet collaborator with her brothers and sisters and privately lending them her support. She's just not willing to stick her neck out publicly and get involved just in case everything backfires on them and their plan goes to hell in a handbasket. But if for some crazy unreal reason that the will gets overturned and the Jacksons get control of the Estate--she will be the first one making her rounds to the media telling everyone how she knew all along that the will was fake and that the Estate Executors were behind this whole fake will "conspiracy" and how she led her own investigation with the FBI to help bring the "truth" to light. And then she'll go and take her place in the receiving line with the other Jacksons to get her piece of the $ pie $

So now that Tito has withdrawn his name from the written protest against the executors, he's joined the other siblings' side. Marlon is pissed as hell in this video...very sad and I dare say sinister what moneyis doing to this family.

it's an absurd situation something really strange is going on.

So it's not only Paris claiming she can't talk to her grandmother. WOW. That's really weird. If anything happens to Katherine, it won't be just about losing a family member and life going on. If anything happens to her, her life will change completely. Half of the family says, grandma is ok, the other half is crying worrying as well, family members fighting to the point police has to step in. She doesn't know who to trust and where she might end up and people wonder why she is freaking out like this.

Clearly Katherine is being shielded from talking to anyone. Beyond that, at the time this interview was filmed, take note that Marlon says he doesn't know where in the hell his mother is or with whom.

So yeah, this is all hella shady. And the fact that it's the Jacksons is moot; this mess wouldn't add up even if it was the Johnson Family up the street. Jermaine said they're keeping her away from telephone & computers, but as a person who's actually had a mini-stroke myself, with 2 friends who have also had them (just recently) I can tell you that even if she had one- she would in no way be impaired or stressed from using a damn phone or computer after the initial episode. Paris has been especially vocal on Twitter about how corrupt her family members have been, and on Tuesday morning, she tweeted, "so help me god i will make whoever did this pay."

Here's a breakdown of the players in the family drama and what their roles are:

Janet Jackson: Although the "All For You" singer was there for MJ's kids when her brother died three years ago, the relationship has clearly soured. Janet has not only taken the side of her siblings who are keeping Katherine from the kids, but in a security video posted on TMZ, she is seen confronting Paris and trying to take her cell phone from her twice after she and her brothers Randy and Jermaine ambushed Michael's kids as they arrived home on Monday. After the second grab by Janet, Paris can be seen storming past her and when Janet goes after her, she's restrained by Randy … and then the two creepily videotape the girl as she goes inside. TMZ also reports that Janet and her brothers then entered the house and confronted the kids once again in an effort to take them to Arizona. This time, Janet slapped Paris and yelled at her, "You're a spoiled little bitch." Paris retaliated with a slap of her own and told her aunt and uncles to "get the f--k out" of "our house."

Rebbie Jackson: Michael's oldest sister has been watching over her mother in Arizona, where she's allegedly "de-stressing," according to the siblings. After Katherine was reported missing, a photo of the matriarch smiling and playing Uno with her daughter Rebbie and her own children surfaced to prove she was okay. Still, she has not been able to have any contact with Michael's three children.

I doubt it's from lack of trying, though . He makes it clear at :28 he doesn't really know where his mother is, in spite of what they've been told (notice his emphasis on that word), and the decision has been made that she cannot talk to anybody. Access to Katherine is simply not being allowed. The whole thing reeks of shade and this whole saga just gets crazier by the day, doesn't it???
