To answer ViintageJunkiie's post in the previous thread, I'd price my "Bad 25" fantasy tracklisting set in the $85-$120 range

it would be released in 3 formats:

Standard 2 Disc edition (the bad album+the bad tour and videos dvd) at $19.99

The Deluxe 6 disc edition at $85 to $120

and a special 3 disc 180 gram vinyl set at $49.99- $69.99

Love this! Thank u I see so many songs I haven't heard of boxed...just have a couple questions..
1. I don't really know when 'Someone Put Your Handout' was recorded, but since the intro was used during Dangerous tour(and that was the first and the only time he ever used it right? except ultimate collection), do you think it'll make more sense if they put that one on Dangerous 25 anniversary instead of BAD?
2. Do you really think, "Disc Four-Live at Wembley" is necessary? I'd love to have BAD tour released in HD blu ray DVD, but I never thought anyone would want it to be released as CD.
I mean musicians like Prince, it's definitely worth getting the live CD because some of the songs, he completely changes them for live shows and they literally become brand new songs with different instruments, melody, beats and everything. But for MJ...I definitely think he sounds great during BAD tour, but the live show sounds pretty much the same as the original CD. Just for that reason I don't see the point of getting the LIVE BAD TOUR CD...just my opinion..
3. "Disc Three - 13. Bad (pepsi version)" Hmm.....You mean the one that goes like "you're in whole new generation, because I'm bad and Pepsi is cool, it's kewl"?!?! shake lol

the deluxe and vinyl editions are the ones where I had the fans in mind. the standard one is the one you'd see casual fans buying at Walmart and Target while the deluxe and vinyl would be at Fry's Electronics, Barnes and Noble, record stores, and collectors' stores biggrin

-Someone Put Your Hand Out was originally from 1986-87 and written for Bad but in '91, Michael took it out and reworked lyrics with Teddy Riley and re-recorded it. The original version would be on this set instead of Dangerous, but I'd put the 1992 version on that one though

-I've heard snippets of multitrack tapes from the July 15, 1988 show and it sounds so great. I assumed most fans wanted the show and audio. I could remove it though...... plus that could actually work as a standalone release

-You NOW you love the Pepsi version! lol

What about including rough cuts of videos to the set? There's longer or alternate cuts of The Way You Make Me Feel, Bad, Smooth Criminal, and Speed Demon that is in the archives

The Jacksons in Japan

Jackson Brothers Jackie, Marlon and Tito are in Japan where they took the stage at Michael Jackson Tribute Live concerts held in Tokyo on December 13 and 14 at Yoyogi National Stadium. Dealz also performed with a Japanese artist. The concerts also feature performances by the AI, Macy Gray, Crystal Kay, Juju and many more musicians and dancers. On December 10th, the brothers made rice cakes with the children of the Akabane orphanage, of whom many lost their parents in the recent tsunami. They also attended a press conference with their mom Katherine who is also in Japan to support the tribute shows. The brothers attended the Amway Japan's charity event in Tokyo on December 12th.

i think this link is appropriate to go with this pix. i don't usually read stuff about the kids, as i stated before out of respect for mj, but when i saw the title i was intrigued.

i cannot wait for the day that joe and kat are gone from this earth. there are few more reprehensible people, and if their other children had any decency, they would go to court and wrest guardianship away from them.

on edit: i mean, really. these ***holes sat in court while the pros played that tape of their dead son, STILL lamenting the pain of his lost childhood at 50 years old! what kind of evil, greedy, lowlifes do you have to be to listen to that hurt and pain, knowing you had a hand in it, and then turn around and sell out his children??? omg. and your other lowlife children who have the power to stop it - i'm looking at janet as well as all the other mofos like jermaine - just sit by and do NOTHING. i'm just really sick to my stomach and really, really, really sad for these kids. <rant over>

what the hell? eek

kibbles, I have to say that is a horrible thing to say.

First, Daily Mail....isn't that a UK tabloid? Considering all the things they've said about Michael over the years

I find it funny Oxman is so concerned about the kids' well being when he was running to cameras on June 25 and practically disrespecting Michael the minute it was announced he passed away AND he's the lawyer for Joe

the press have called them The Jackson 3 since Michael passed. That's nothing new

just what i said, bboy. i meant it. i'm done making excuses for them. these people are total scum imo. as i said above, how could his parents LISTEN TO THAT TAPE and turn around and pimp out his kids? the sooner they're gone out mj3's lives, the better. i don't think anyone else in that family would have the audacity or 'gravitas' to pull off what they're doing, so maybe the kids will be safe until they grow up - but actually i serious doubt it.

on edit: the fact that oxman did give an interview even to the dailymail makes the story all the more credible to me. also, you don't really need the dailymail to see what is going on. have you seen the pix of the kids posing with the mj's former crooked manager who's in business w/ joe, or that crooked 'perfume maker'? the people cover story (speaking of mags that hated mj)? the belts? it just makes me sad and angry. i meant what i said abou them.

That's still a disgusting thing to say

Nobody is making excuses for them and their actions. Everyone knows the family has made bad decisions

Joe is a piece of shit, we know that and everyone acknowledges that, but Katherine are raising those kids and they seem to be just fine where they are. They're going to school, they have friends, they spend time with their family. The sooner they're out of the kids lives? Then who's gonna look out for them? Debbie? Diana Ross?

Do we know the full story? Probably not and we definitely won't get it from tabloids. The only thing we can do is hope for the best for the kids

Then who's gonna look out for them?

but that's just the point: there's no one looking out for them now. you think doing business with lowlifes is looking out for them? i'm talking about something more intangible than the superficial things you're citing. so b/c kat put them in school and they have their little playmates and cousins, that gives her and joe the right to exploit them on the side? there's more to being a parent or guardian than that, wouldn't you think?

Hmm... I don't like Joe all that much, Katherine pulled some funny shit (but I forgive her), but saying you wish they die is low. Even though I wouldn't shed a tear for Joe's passing and even I have went off the deep end explaining the both of them, that's low...

just what i said, bboy. i meant it. i'm done making excuses for them. these people are total scum imo. as i said above, how could his parents LISTEN TO THAT TAPE and turn around and pimp out his kids? the sooner they're gone out mj3's lives, the better. i don't think anyone else in that family would have the audacity or 'gravitas' to pull off what they're doing, so maybe the kids will be safe until they grow up - but actually i serious doubt it.

That's really it. I can't even trust stories I read on the family no more because you don't know what their motives are. Even reading Margaret's book I get a headache from the information.

Bad (pepsi version)" Hmm.....You mean the one that goes like "you're in whole new generation, because I'm bad and Pepsi is cool, it's kewl"?!?! shake lol

^^^ That'd be nice! I love the full version of The Way You Make Me Feel, Bad, Smooth Criminal. Speed Demon? meh...not so much lol there's already Moonwalker for that one lol

i think this link is appropriate to go with this pix. i don't usually read stuff about the kids, as i stated before out of respect for mj, but when i saw the title i was intrigued.

i cannot wait for the day that joe and kat are gone from this earth. there are few more reprehensible people, and if their other children had any decency, they would go to court and wrest guardianship away from them.

on edit: i mean, really. these ***holes sat in court while the pros played that tape of their dead son, STILL lamenting the pain of his lost childhood at 50 years old! what kind of evil, greedy, lowlifes do you have to be to listen to that hurt and pain, knowing you had a hand in it, and then turn around and sell out his children??? omg. and your other lowlife children who have the power to stop it - i'm looking at janet as well as all the other mofos like jermaine - just sit by and do NOTHING. i'm just really sick to my stomach and really, really, really sad for these kids. <rant over>

What? I didn't even read the rest .. a reason why I had to leave Michael's fandom sadly. smh

As for the kids I just wish them the best. I had no interest in his kids when he was alive I have no interest now. Eventually the media is going to try to make their lives hell too they just being nice for now.Maybe paris wants to be in the spotlight though if she's not forced then what can his fans say lol.
