Surprisingly this petition is not taking the form of a Facebook fan page but rather an old-fashioned, honest to goodness petition, which you can find here—although maybe this is testament to the median age range of MJ’s die-hard fan base.

It was back when Joe was trying to get the medical records. It was a way of having "proof" to sue Murray and then claim he couldn't afford a justified wrongfull death suit and, therefore, ask for an allowance.

Court documents have revealed that the father of Michael Jackson, Joe Jackson, has asked to be handed over the papers of his son’s medical records, overall clinical history and complete autopsy report.

According to the documentation in the court, he hopes that he would be able to ascertain the exact cause of his son’s death after he is able to go through the medical files.

The suit had been filed by Joe Jackson with the Los Angeles County Superior Court. He filed the lawsuit in opposition to the claims of the Michael Jackson Estate, and complained that the Estate’s refusal to file a case on his behalf is incurring additional expenditure.

In the lawsuit, Joe Jackson further claims that he would be determining, with the help of medical experts, the real cause of his son’s death. It is obvious from the document filed with the Los Angeles County Superior Court that he suspects foul play in the death of his son, as he states in the lawsuit that after a determination of the cause for his son’s death, he would also present to the court the amount of money that he would have to pay for the prosecution of those who had been responsible for his son’s death.

As reiteration of the rule that the hospital authorities are not allowed to give out the details of their patients, Joe Jackson claims that it should not be a hindrance in this case as Michael Jackson had been already dead when he was brought into the hospital, and hence this clause becomes void automatically. His claims have been opposed by the authorities of the Michael Jackson Estate, who believe that he should not have access to the medical records, clinical history and the coroner's autopsy report, doubting his intentions.

Joe Jackson Granted Access To Michael's Medical Records

Michael Jackson's father has been granted permission to trawl through his son's medical records after a much-publicized legal battle to get answers about the King of Pop's death.

On Friday, a Los Angeles judge ruled that Joe Jackson is entitled to view the medical records - but only those made on the day his son died at UCLA Medical Center. It has, however, declined Joseph's autopsy photos and complete medical history request which was considered "outrageous" by both the coroner and Branca and McClain.

Jackson has made it clear he wants the medical records so he can determine if anyone was to blame for the Thriller icon's death last summer.

The request is linked to a potential lawsuit from Joe Jackson over his son's passing.

The administrators of the singer's estate previously lodged an objection with the court, claiming Joe was not entitled to the papers because he was not a dependent of his son.

Wow. Still, it's only speculation that Joe would try and sell them to the media. I wouldn't necessarily put it past him, but I don't really think it's fair to judge someone on things they would potentially do. So, I don't really have much to say in that regard.

Then answer me one question.

My uncle's, who is an internal medicine physician, best friend is a legal medicine retired expert. The guy has performed more autopsies than he has changed his panties and NEVER in his life has he been asked to release autopsy pics. At some point, he was invited to work on PJ (the policy) and performed autopsies on victims of well known crimes like the girl who was killed and dissecated by her mother (a case which still makes headlines). He worked on the Mariana's case, a girl who was killed yet the conclusions of the case could only be determined via autopsy report. And he has NEVER, even in those famous cases,been asked for autopsy photos by the jury, let alone the families. It was then dicovered that Mariana had been killed by her father through the inahalation of NHO3 and, while the mother asked for the autopsy she never asked for the pics.

So, why were Joe and Oxman asking for the autopsy photos? Why?

And I'm not asking this agressively. I'm just wondering if I'm the only one who chooses not to wear special vision glasses.

And yes, he has released pictures to families before. Doesn't happen often, but I just asked him if it would be more likely request in a high profile case and he said yes. Some will have no problem releasing reports and even photos, and some won't. Therefore the fact that your uncles best friend has never released autopsy pictures to families means absolutely nothing.

How about the one you just quoted in your own post, when you insinuated that Joe Jackson wanted the autopsy photos so that he could sell them to the media? Teddy Riley today said he had to make adjustment's on some of the vocals so that they fit in key and thats why MJ sounds different.

For example the "monster" vocals were much slower when he got it and had to speed it up for the track

I guess he could have kept the vocals as is, but it wouldn't fit the "monster" beat.....That beat sounds awesome in the car. Best beat MJ has had in years

It is "supposed to" come out tomorrow. I went to my local music store,just out of curiousity,but did'nt see it anywhere,so I asked the owner about it,and he pulled it out from behind the counter. He said "legally he wasn't supposed to sell it to me till tomorrow,but that we just would'nt tell anyone
