This is my song of the summer. Love it. I don't care. It's cute, poppy, and has an 80s vibe (like most pop songs at the moment) that I dig. The video matches it perfectly and it helps that Katy Perry is not exactly unpleasant to watch.  Just somewhere in the middle,

I always liked the song..to hell with everybody who keeps asking for substance, this is all 80's pop (with a little funky bass) on it.

The song has some 90s influences, it kinda sounds what Calvin Harris from the UK did last year, the 90s revival is soooo pushed by the industry it's not even funny.

Totally, the intro is so similar to Calvin's keyboard riff from "I'm Not Alone" I thought it was a straight sample at first. Still love that sound though. The Calvin Harris track is also one of my faves. Just somewhere in the middle,

It's fun, but it does remind me abit too much of Kesha's "Tik tok" somewhat. Am I the only one thats spotted this?
