Nice of Marlon to mention Brandon. That was touching. Not that I know any of them, but he seems like the nicest of the lot. Yes. I'd like to offer my sympathies to MJ's family, and especially his parents for the great loss. as far as raising the kids go, there's nothing wrong with having the grandmother of those children raise them. It's done all the time when disaster strikes. As far as her age goes, don't think that just because she's an older woman that she can't handle raising kids. It's not like she isn't experienced in child care and child rearing. She's probably forgotten more than what younger new mothers ever knew. As far as the kids go, they know their grandmother. They just lost their father, so being with family they know and feel connected to is very important esp. at this time. If Mrs. Jackson needs help, she has plenty of access to help and assistance running after kids. Much more so, than the average middle class person. She probably will need help, and that's okay. Because unfortuately it looks like the probate wars are just about to begin. That can be a living nightmare all by itself. But the family has many factors in their favor going for them to help them along the way. So they should fair well in the end ....for the sake of those kids....and hopefully in not too many years from now,. I'm sure that the probate battles will not devistate that family, in the end. They do have their name, connections, assests, they do have each other and apparently Mrs Jackson has strong faith. She'll need it. In the meantime, nobody is going to love those kids more than their grandmother. That is a special bond and should not be easily tossed aside. The court will look at it from the point of view of whats in the best interest of the kids. Not any one elses. I think Kathrine should keep the kids. It was MJ's will (which will carry a lot of weight) and she is the grandmother of those children. Surrogacy is a non-issue. For a couple of legal reasons, IMHO. Just my two cents. RIP MJ this is the time of the first fast.

Papa Joe Hates Michael Jackson That's the only reasonable explanation I come up with as to why Papa Joe thinks it's a brilliant idea for his daughter Asshole Simpson to record an album of Michael Jackson covers. Page Six says that Asshole's pimp is giving her music career mouth-to-mouth (Papa Joe's chonies just filled up) by pitching the album to executives. I have a feeling that Asshole's "boar with bad allergies getting butt fucked with a taser gun" voice singing "Thriller" would cause Michael Jackson to rise from the dead so that he could moonwalk all over her mouth hole! Maybe that's not such a bad thing after all. I... WILL... DIE!!! Who is she?

errant said: Ottensen said: Actually, there's noting idiotic about his statement. First of all, we don't know what the question was to judge the context of his answer. Although for a number of decades, Deepak has written and spoken extensively about how our own spiritual self awareness can lead to greater synchronicity not only in our immediate environment, but throughout the world. He already wrote a book about this, the central theme being that if the globe could amass a majority with this heightened level of spiritual consciousness, devoted to healing our minds, bodies, the environment, sustaining economies, helping developing nations, etc.,then we would have less to fight over, and thus less international conflicts. Additionally, anyone who is familiar with Deepak Chopra's books(and his children's work by extension) is intimately familiar with his themes in the New Thought Movement that center on joy, divine love, and peace which are a direct result of individual and universal heightened consciousness. For whatever personal demons Michael Jackson suffered while here, we can at least say that through his music and humanitarian efforts he was person who absolutely embodied the priciples that Chopra has been teaching for over 20 years as bestselling author, a professor at Tufts, Harvard, Boston U, and arguably one of the most esteemed contemporary philosophers of modern times. Out of the dozens of books he's written, one comes to realize it's not that far of a stretch to look at cultural icon like Jackson, the public message his music and quiet activism represented and understand what Chopra is actually trying to say about human interdependence and how we can affect each other, and affect positive change in the world. At any rate, one thing I'm learning from the hoopla surrounding Jackson's death, or any other public figure is that it's generally best to watch to watch these types of interviews and the subject is actually speaking, and in its' entirety. It's too easy to twist the context or misrepresent the person quoted. This is not only unfair to interview subject, the person interviewed, but it also disrespects the audience as it undermines our intelligence, and our ability to give informed opinions. [Edited 7/10/09 0:25am] Everything I've ever read or seen by any of these Chopras, whether it's aimed a the buying public or celebrity figures, just SCREAMS opportunism. They use celebrity associations to sell their books, their cult, whatever it is. They may or may not have a nice message to spread, but they are first and foremost opportunists out to make a buck and draw attention to themeslves in everything they do. there is nothing more profitable with less effort and substance put into it than selling new age religion to people, including celebrities, in need of guidance. The article about Kim Jong Il is absolutely ridiculous. The only purpose it really serves is for this person to say "Oh, hey, I knew Michael Jackson so well, we used to talk on the phone." Gotham Chopra should be ashamed of himself to drag the serious situation of his friend being held hostage and sentenced to hard labor in a country we may well be going to war with to glorify himself or his dead celebrity friend. he chalks the idea of the divine peace love and positivity released into the universe by Michael Jackson's death to possibly being naive. yeah, it might be that. maybe he's just caught up in the moment and gone retarded and in 6 months he'll slap his forehead and say "WHAT WAS I THINKING?" but considering the m.o. of that family, i doubt it's anything as innocent as that. Deepak Chopra basically practiced medicine in regular hospitals seeing regular patients for the first thirty or so years of his career. A little over a decade ago, as a result of him doing specials on PBS, celebrities began to seek him out, not the other way around. It was mostly through his association with Dr. David Simon that those connections came about so let's not lambast Dr. Chopra or put him in the same category as his children who are not physicians just because they share a name...as far as I can tell, Gotham is speaking for himself. Dr. Chopra's advocacy of mind-body medicine/Ayruveda in the media and his assistance in developing similar curriculum in medical schools played a pivotal role in society in general seeking a more holistic model of healing. I found out about Dr. Chopra several years ago when I was going through an extremely stressful period including frequent anxiety attacks that practically immobilized me. Other doctors prescribed me Xanax and Zoloft which I took for a couple of weeks before I decided that pills were not a solution that I could live with. Over a decade later, I still keep those same pill bottles in my medicine cabinet to remind me of how using Dr. Chopra's healing methods helped me avoid the pitfalls of reaching for a chemical solution every time life throws me a curve. It's very possible that Mike would be alive today if he had allowed Dr. Chopra to continue treating him instead of running from him and into the arms of the high priced pushers. Prince, in you I found a kindred spirit...Rest In Paradise.

Jackson Self-Injecting Demerol, Doctor Says
Posted Jul 10th 2009 12:08PM by TMZ Staff Michael Jackson Self-Injecting Demerol,A doctor who treated Michael Jackson claimed the singer self-injected Demerol into his system. We've combed through tens of thousands of pages of the official file for the 2005 molestation trial. In the Santa Barbara County Sheriff's notes, a member of Jackson's security detail -- retired L.A. County Sheriff's deputy Michael Laperruque -- said some doctors were trying to get Jackson off of Demerol, and that one of the doctor's in Santa Barbara "was upset with JACKSON because he had been self-injecting." Laperruque told detectives he had picked up Jackson's prescriptions for the singer, usually under the name Chris Carter. Carter was one of Jackson's bodyguards. Laperruque also told detectives one time when he was at Neverland his job was to keep Jackson's family out because they were planning an intervention. Jackson Docs Can Run But Can't Hide
Posted Jul 5th 2009 9:30AM by TMZ Staff As law enforcement officials comb through medical records to determine who supplied and administered the anesthesia Propofol and other drugs to Michael Jackson, we've learned there may be a fail-safe way of getting at the truth. It's no secret -- especially in a celebrity town like L.A. -- some doctors use pseudonyms for celebrity patients and sometimes their medical charts somehow get "lost." But we've learned most doctors leave an indelible footprint when it comes to treating patients. Many doctors -- especially ones with big practices -- use medical software systems from MD Systems, NexTech and other companies. These companies provide the software that makes it easy to input billing data. Doctors typically input the patient's name, billing amount, type of treatment, type of drugs prescribed and administered, and date of service. Here's the thing -- that data cannot be deleted from the server. The system allows doctors to add other data like medical charts, and those things can be deleted. But if someone deletes that info, the software shows the name of the user who did it and the date it was done. Bottom line -- the basic billing information will not go away. As we reported days ago, law enforcement found Propofol inside Jackson's house. Propofol is an anesthesia, which should never be administered outside a hospital, and it's looking like that drug killed Jackson. If cops find who supplied it and who administered it, the docs could well be prosecuted for manslaughter. Murder was the case? A stupid man’s report of what a clever man says can never be accurate, because he unconciously translates what he hears into something he can understand.

Bobby Brown, New Edition For Help With Dance Moves
Group was disappointed their manager turned down Jackson's offer to spend the night. By Jayson Rodriguez LOS ANGELES — New Edition's Bobby Brown was renowned for his dancing and, believe it or not, he says his royal dance moves were once requested by the legendary King of Pop himself. According to Brown, Michael Jackson — who died Thursday — asked his group, New Edition, to help out with some dance moves back during the Boston collective's heyday. "We went to his house," Brown said, speaking at the press room at the BET Awards on Sunday night (June 28). "We were invited to teach him a couple of our moves. I'm not joking!" Brown, flanked by NE members Ralph Tresvant and Johnny Gill, said the group didn't get to stick around much after dancing with Jackson, although they did get to see the video for "Thriller" before its official premiere, according to Tresvant. But what they really wanted from their encounter with Michael Jackson didn't quite pan out. The late icon invited the guys to stay the night at his house but, according to Brown, their manager turned the invite down. "We were always upset [about that], because we couldn't stay the night," Brown explained. "We were upset because we wanted to stay and get to know him better. I've spent a lot of time around some great artists, but he was definitely the greatest artist and person I've ever been around." Brown, along with Gill and Tresvant, honored Jackson during the opening of the 2009 BET Awards by performing a medley of Jackson 5 hits. Brown led the way as their rendition of "ABC" and "The Love You Save" got a standing ovation from the star-studded crowd, which included Beyoncé, Kanye West and Jackson family members.

Let's just say, if ignorance is bliss you must be ecstatic. “The man who never looks into a newspaper is better informed than he who reads them, inasmuch as he who knows nothing is nearer to truth than he whose mind is filled with falsehoods and errors.”

Al's case was so weak (and his claims so devious) that anyone with half a brain could and should have torn them to shreds, but O' Reilly let him off the hook. Is that the best Fox can do? Al didn't think there was anything strange about Michael? He's so full of shit it's coming out of his ears. And O'Reilly's a joke too. Let the MJ madness begin....

In the strange parallel universe of MJ threads, that is almost credible. “The man who never looks into a newspaper is better informed than he who reads them, inasmuch as he who knows nothing is nearer to truth than he whose mind is filled with falsehoods and errors.”

It's your opinion that they are his and there are people that don't think that they are.No one posting on this board know who those children's bio-parents are, regardless of how many pics you post.
