She's going through the motions these days.....she dont do controversy anymore - not unless she has some oh so worthy point to make. just kiddin of course. She'll probably pretend to have some giant scissor slapping session at the end of You Must Love Me just to prove she's still down with the gays!

Madonna and her team are rehearsing right now (15.00 pm) at the Millenium Stadium in Cardiff. Our correspondent Paul, who works near the stadium can distinctly hear "Candy Shop" and "Beat Goes On" thundering from inside!

In the show setlist exclusively premiered online by MadonnaTribe News those are the first and second songs in the show.

As reported by our friends of Madonna Online Brazil, the Queen Of Pop arrived today in Cardiff with all the band and tour dancers, plus her manager Guy Oseary, Arthur Fogel (from Live Nation), and "I Am Because We Are" director Nathan Rissman (a new documentary on the way?).

Thanks to M-Tribe correspondent in Cardiff Paul and Madonna Online Brazil

i've decided to wait and buy tickets from desperate scalpers on the day of the show the way i've done in the past.

i was going to see if my job would have any "surplus" (i work at mtv and we often get tickets comped) but madge's peeps are apparently not giving any comps out, even to industry people. this means i'd have to pay full price for seats and, honestly, i'm spoiled now and i just can't do it. lol i mean, i saw goerge michael in amazing seats for free - not even the beers cost us anything. i can't justify 350 for a ticket now. lol

but i will be there and i will be dancing and screaming with the rest of you!

Madonna, the band and dancers are at Cardiff, rehearsing for opening night. They've already done a few complete dress rehearsals and will continue doing so all weekend.A security employee has revealed details of the stage:

***There are 3 screens on or above the stage. One is a circular screen in the center, and the side screens are HUGE.

***There are two platforms/catwalks on each side of the stage.

***There is also a main catwalk in the middle of the stage, but apparently it's not as large as the Confessions tour catwalk.

***The security guy said that this is "the biggest production" he has ever seen at this stadium.

Here are some blurry pics that he took...they don't show much, but still it's getting me excited lol

Here are a few rough sketches of the stage design:

she's been anticelebrity and industry comps since the Drowned World Tour and has even said on the last tour if the pope wants to see my show he can pay like everyone else.

anyway have your health insurence there? i've heard viacom doesn't cover that for a year or so.

what they're chatting about on the ICON messageboards...

Me and my partner went up to the stadium today and heard a few songs being rehearsed.Unsure if Madonna was there. Here is the order of the rehearsals that we heard.Devil Wouldn't Recognize You with vocal...Candy Shop intro and then straight into Beat Goes On,Die Another Day,Gypsy Folk Song sung with a male vocal,4 Minutes with Justin's vocals, guitar chords rehearsed a few times for Ray Of Light and surprisingly Material Girl and the guitar chords for Music going into the beat of Fedde Le Grande. We hung around for 1 hour and 20 mins but decided to call it a day.The gates had been covered with Tarpoling but we managed to put a hole through it and spy into the stadium.Alot of people walking around, equipment on the floor but the stage was covered with a big black curtain and alot of people behind it.

Could "Material Girl" be the surprise song that has just been added to the setlist?

Employees at Viacom's MTV Networks (which includes, in part, MTV, VH1, Nickelodeon, Comedy Central, Logo, and Spike) are threatening a walkout on Monday, apparently in protest at a new plan from management that would roll back benefits to the networks' legions of freelance workers.

Nobody here knows anything about this. However, i don't work with any freelance employees so...shrug

but, yeah, this is total news to me and everyone in my dept.

there was apparently something back in december regarding the same thing (i think) but nobody's heard about anything recently.

THIS SET LIST SUCKS ASS.

She's a fucking idiot for playing: Human Nature, La Isla Bonita, You Must Love Me and a super idiot for thinking that Spanish Lesson is a good song. She has fucked up big time. Obviously she doesn't give a shit. She made her money. What I find perplexing is how she can look at her pool of songs and come out with such a BORING, UNINSPIRING and STUPID set list. Ray of Light has been played into the ground and to be quite honest with you the song is tired. It's not that good and it was so commercial I could vomit. This thought is shared by many. The only good thing about this tour is that we will all have plenty of songs to go pee during or get nachos or smoke or get a blow job in the bathroom, etc. Maybe even sleep.

No offense but if you really feel this way,why are you going to the show? There really is no such thing as a "perfect setlist".No matter what songs Madonna chooses to perform or not perform, there are always gonna be fans who would rather hear something else. She can't please everybody.

as long as she does la isla bonita, like a prayer, and vogue on every tour for the rest of her career, i'll always go.

seriously, lol. la isla bonita is my favorite live madonna song. i can't tell you why, i don't even know. i just love watching it live.

So basically since Madonna plays songs YOU don't like, she's boring, uninspired, stupid and only does it for the money? If she "didn't give a shit", wouldn't she just sing the whole Immaculate Collection or something like that? Not to mention that Madonna surely looks into her pool of songs and she probably hates most of them, and understandably. I don't get why fans think Madonna should love to sing stuff like "Dress You Up", "Who's That Girl" or "Cherish" or and obscure album track. We're lucky she's resurrecting "Borderline" finally.

I agree with SoulAlive, if the tour consists you of "bathroom breaks" for most of the time, then what's the point of going?
