Something that can be heard from beggining to end. Something grows on you and doesnt' fizzle over the initial listening.

This is definitely not for every day listening, but the next time you need a soundtrack while you're peering into the depths of your soul, I'd recommend Gavin Bryars' Jesus' Blood Never Failed Me Yet.

Mamma's gun was great. But to me (and I know I"m commiting blasphemy by sayint this), it felt too stylistic, too formulaic. WWU had all these elements too--I just think she got away with it this time. It feels looser and more confident.

They were always that band that couldnt' give a rat's ass what everyone thought, and yet everyone loved them. I even like ~gasg~ the division Bell. High Hopes from that album is my favorite digestable floyd song.
