what song sounds most like a prince song what song in which Prince had no involvement with sounds most like a "Prince" song?

I always thought Like A Prayer sounded like a Prince-penned and produced tune.
There was an Aussie group from the late eighties, Wa Wa Nee, who sounded a lot like Prince to me, especially with their hit song Stimulation I was into them before Prince! Life it ain't real funky unless you got that orgPop. | |

I agree with the post about Janet's new song, it does have a "When You Were Mine" sound to it.
Some songs that sound like Prince wrote them are: "She Bop" Cyndi Lauper. Especially the line "I won't worry and I won't fret, ain't no law against it yet". "We Don't Have to Take Our Clothes Off (to have a good time) Jermaine Stewart. "Mercedes Boy" Peebles. "What If God was One of Us" Joan Osbourne. "It's Too Late" Carole King To me these songs represent elements of Prince's writing style. | |
