which concert would you like to have in soundboard-quality?

...
I'd love to have the show at Sam’s in Minneapolis at March 9th 1981 in soundboard-quality.

This show is excellent. Just look at the track-list:
Do It All Night, Why You Wanna Treat Me So Bad, Gotta Broken Heart Again, Broken, When You Were Mine, Sexy Dancer, Sister, I Wanna Be Your Lover, Head, Still Waiting, Party up, Uptown, Crazy You, Gotta Stop (Messin’ About), Dirty Mind, Everybody Dance, Bambi

This show is much better than the city-lights (N.Y. / Paris) ... but the soundquality is so horrible.

I also love the show at first avenue at March 8th 1982 (released as dance 2 the beat at Moonraker) .. that's my ultimate concert! If it was only in soundboard ...

The Rex aftershow, August 31st/September 1, 1993 - exactly 10 years before my wedding.

There's just something about this show that I can't put my finger on. I absolutely love the feel of it. I would love that in real soundboard quality (especially The Ride).

Me too!!! I'd love to have this concert.

And secondly, the only time I saw Prince live. In Zaragoza (Spain) in 1998, it was an incredible concert.

Good shout. That guy rustling his microphone in his jacket gets on my nerves.I'd love this soundboard.

Obviously he records all his gigs, it wouldn't harm to post them as MP3's on his site.I just might join if he did.

Sam puts N.Y. and Paris together .. all songs are played, plus "everybody dance" which is a jam with simple lyrics. Also Bambi and Crazy You is included. I guess Jack U Off wasn't written yet.
Like most MNPLS-shows .. Prince gives a little bit more than usually. He starts the show with yelling "There's no place like home" .. and he plays his heart out!

Too bad the sound-quality is so ugly

Anything from the [i]1999[i] tour would make me very happy! Prince could make a fortune releasing live discs from his old tours.

More than anything else I would like that "rock" set from the 2002 celebration.

I just love that bluesy version of ICNTTPOYM.

I hear that!

Also, the '83 First Avenue gig. I know... it's "soundboard" already, sort of, since the circulating boot comes from the video source.

I wan't a pristine remastered copy with the Anniversary Edition of Purple Rain.
If prince.org were to be made idiot proof, someone would just invent a better idiot.
