Is this accurate? Am I remembering this right? Was this a dream I had? Either way, an absolute bloody shame it's not on this set - along with the other thousand titles that aren't on this set.

Trying to fit the Vault Tracks on 5 LPs didn't help.

There's still plenty of room for many more outakes in those 3 CDs.

When you say "lossy", you mean "MP3/AAC-sourced" or you're just saying that there's a 16 kHZ cutoff?

With all this re-issues deluxe super deluxe things, regardless of the artist, I very rarely go for the VINYL boxes, simply because I know I am rarely going to re-listen to demos and stuff like that. So depending on how much I like an album, as an example The Beatles Let It Be, BOX, I went with the CD deluxe edition with all the demos etc...and then got the vinyl remaster of just the album, will be doing the same here with Prince, I did it with Sign o the Times, CD SDE and then a standard vinyl, and I was right I almost havent re-listened to any of the demos etc.. since buying it

Yeah, I've got a few vinyl box sets and they're too big and bulky. I rarely play them.
