I think that's a fucking amazing song. Not cringy at all. It was Prince in his early 30s, taking his sex game to a new level during that time.

People mention EDM with "I Wanna Melt With U" but forget about "Loose!"? That's 100% more generic (not cringy) than "I Wanna Melt With U."

"Life Can Be So Nice" is loud, noisy, and misdirected. People blather on about "when she's making love it's like surgery," yet gloss over "Scrambled eggs are so boring." I'm thinking, "Bitch, really?"

Also, while the lyrics are good, "No one plays the clarinet the way U play my heart
I come a thousand different ways before I even start," the delivery leaves loads to be desired. It's like something he's humming on the toilet for the sake of it, and thought, "oh, this is a good song."

Also, the main hook - which sounds like it was recorded on a $49 Casio keyboard from Big Lots - is horrid. I think the bass and tempo are good. But someone should've muted a couple of tracks on the console before doing the final mix. There's way too much going on in it to concentrate on or enjoy anything.

They are both cringe songs, but for me, the difference is that I can secretly listen to and enjoy My Name is Prince (even Tony's rap), but I get nothing out of Sexy MF.
