None. I don't think I'd want to hear anyone but Prince singing his songs.

Now, if I had a DJ who was just going to play the actual Prince records, then I'd be fine with pretty much anything. Preferably Adore, Insatiable, Scandalous or The One for the slow dances and Let's Work, Sexy Dancer and Partyman for the more uptempo numbers.

Actually, a few of his racier numbers in a little medley would be hilarious & a lot of fun. Your old aunties might get confused, but they'll live.

I'm a male. During my wedding I asked to play on piano the Kamasutra theme inside the church.

Being the Prince fan I am everyone expected plenty of his and his associates tunes at our reception. I was in charge of the DJ and the playlist, but the only request from my husband was to keep it clean.

Playlist included:

1999

Lets Go Crazy

I Would Die 4 U

Pop Life

Kiss

Mountains

Anotherloverholenyohead

Forever in My Life

Let's Work

Jungle Love

Love Bizarre

Cool

Private Joy

Obvious choices I know...but wanted crowd pleasers...

I did sneak Erotic City in towards the end of the night as its one my fave Prince songs. My husband was groovin to it like everyone else and didn't even notice.

Just wondering if it had an oldies vibe. If it was in late '80s, say, it wouldn't.

The DJ at my son's wedding in 2019 played some Prince songs... Can't immediately remember what they were though.

This is what I asked our DJ to play (from Prince): "Forever in my Life", "Adore", and "Te Amo Corazon".

That was 10 years ago. I don't remember if he actually played them or not. lol

2016. Yeah I focused on his 80s songs obviously, but I mostly chose songs thats people know. I didn't focus on oldies but definitely went in that direction...really more 70s which is my fave era for music and genrally crowd friendly. Our song was and still is God Only Knows by the Beach Boys. Dinner music was the rat pack, Barbara, Carpenters, Van Morisson and Joni.
