the princevault entry for the album was changed/updated earlier tonight to include the new information from the picture above. so it's the other way around.

The highlight for me will be 1000 Light Years From Here. Been wanting to hear this song in its entirety since the second half of it showed up as a fusion with Black Muse on Hit N Run Phase 2. It will be interesting to see what changes he made to the song (if any) for Hit n Run vs the original on W2A.

Agree. I guess they could have used the entirety of the original image but I wonder if that was meant to be used just for the W2A tour? Regardless, it's better IMO than the Originals cover which looks like it was done on Microsoft Paint. Maybe the tradition of album covers that don't quite work carries on lol.

On FB by mistake...then was retired few minutes after...i suppose someone picked up the picture and was shared after among others...then arrived here...in a way or other by mistake or not the cover has leaked!

The release date for W2A was supposed to be announced on the anniversary of Prince's death...

i still find it weird to make big announcements on the day he died. but this year it's a wednesday so they might just make a song and dance about a surprise release with pre-orders for the physical cd and lp opening on the 21st and then the digital launching friday 23rd.

i mean, that would work just fine for me i just want it sooner rather than later.

I think it’s the whole song on H&R2 - not edited, just mixed into the outro of BM.

Not sure where I read it, but, according to what I read at least a few years ago, the original song is much longer with many interesting twists and turns.

Can't recall the source, but here's to hoping it is right.
