i know it was almost 40 years ago, but it’s worth a shot...

if so, what was it like? sure, there’s videos and soundboards, but i would kill to know what the energy was like in that room when the opening chord for Let’s Go Crazy sounded or when he hit the high notes for the first time in Purple Rain.

also, how does it feel to officially be on one of the most famous and highest-rated albums of all time??

My reading comprehension is shit sometimes, I thought u meant like ON THIS SITE, like the internet was around at that time . Sorry I have nothing else to add, but I wish I was at these shows .

I was at Tokyo’s “Big Egg” in late August of 1990 for Prince’s Nude Tour show that was widely broadcast WW. The one where he played maybe the definitive live version of Bambi.
