OUT NOW: "Cosmic Day" Saw someone mention we're about due for another single drop this Thursday... had a look at the Amazon digital download page for the SDE. All songs are listed without a track length except for Witness v1, ICNTTPOYM 79', and Cosmic Day. Details like this usually are updated on Amazon a few days prior to the actual release, so it looks like Cosmic Day is next in line...

Holy shit!!! The ONE track I'm looking forward to the most, and we may get it before the set even drops??? I for sure thought they'd have held that one back as leverage for fans to buy the set. princevault lists in its "Witness 4 the Prosecution" entry that "Version 2 was also released as b-side of a 2020 promotional single of the two version of the song on 14 August 2020." This is probably referring to the sold out 7" singles box set that is getting released that day but I wonder if they'll put it up for streaming as well.

I would think they almost have to...considering it'll be out there anyway (and most likelty ripped and digitized from the vinyl). But I think they're on to something here. I remember how that worked when they released "PR" Deluxe. We knew which singles were coming next because they'd have gthje song times listed a day or so before they were dropped... | |

- Strange I find this the best Prince video made by far (NC2U) ! This video is great art and deserves more attention. I often look at it again. He seemed so happy and full of what he would become. Compare it with any post 1990 video... In the NC2U video he IS and behaves like a normal human being (to me). It's very original, and at least it shows images of him we've never seen before. This is my humble opinion of course. -

I too liked the NC2U video. It wasn't a flashy video but it showed Prince doing what we normally don't see - him doing his work other than being on a stage or on record. It was a glimpse behond the curtain. That footage has been in circulation already but maybe it was the Estate laying claim to it instead of it rambling around YT.
