What did Prince call the Hohner Tele?

Does anyone on here know what Prince called the iconic leopard pickguard, Hohner Madcat Telecaster? The other guitars I know he referred to as, the Blue Angel, Cloud, Habibi, but what about his most famous one from the beginning, the Telecaster?

So you caught me on a detail, yes the Madcat was H.S. Anderson. Thank you so much for that. And that says what? You dont know the answer to my question either.

i own a H.S.Anderson Madcat...and yes there is, and was, such thing as a Hohner Madcat...the H.S.Anderson brand telecasters were first made at Japanese guitar factory Moridiara in the early 70s...the man who designed them was Shiino Hidesato (H.S.)...then in the 70's Hohner had a limited number of Madcats made for them, with a slightly different headstock and rainbow colored lettering (instead of all black lettering) in the H.S.Anderson logo...the now rare Hohner version is the model Prince had..Hohner had financial problems and then stopped making them after awhile, which is why Hohner's limited editon H.S.Anderson Madcats are/were so rare...H.S.Anderson Madcats are still made by Moridaira though...the "H.S. Anderson" is basically just the signature of the man who designed the guitar and Madcat is the actually brandname of the guitar...but both exist(ed)

Thanks for having my back, haha. After recently listening to soundboard rehearsal tracks the question of what he called it dawned on me. It's possible he had no special name for it, but being that he used it on and off for his entire career, I feel like he probably called it something other than "the Hohner" or "the Telecaster".

no problem Champ... when i ordered mine i was confused too, because i was noticing substantial differences in pricing, and also different bridge pickups, the different coloring of the H.S.Anderson logo, and the slightly different headstocks.
