Of course it s a word. If it's like The Bad Wembley concert of MJ or the Purple the rain live, this is not remasterized. The simple fact this is a dvd and not a blu ray is not a good sign, and probably the picture won't be remasterized from the original source. . I hope I m wrong

It's not remastered, didn't you see what the Prince YoutTube channel posted today, the first video of 1999 Houston concert from the deluxe DVD.

I would say it is 14 unreleased songs and more than one was revamped into something that was released.

The term you are referring to is "remastered", and I don't think it means what you think it means. remastering isn't some magical process that automatically makes any video source look amazing. no matter what processes are applied to improve it, a video can only look as good as whatever highest quality source looks like.

The Bad Wembley show WAS remastered. The VHS tape from which it was sourced was sent to the same lab that restored the NASA moon landing footage, but being as it was a VHS tape, it can only look so good.

Not being from a high quality source has nothing to do with whether or not something is remastered. You can't polish a turd if that's all there is to work with.
