Another stupid statement about a dead man. Class acts all the way on here lately.

peoplle said a lot of things about those years, most of it's unproven and summed up by, "he wrote slave on his face and fought with WB". The rumour about him od'ing on the aspirine was out by the end of the 90's but who's to know what the whole event was like? Either way, people do get possessive of their heroes, oddly enough, i don't remember anyone ever getting mad when it was revealed that MJ wore a wig and had short hair which had receded about an inch or when it was said Elvis was completey grey. Elvis' hair was thinning at the crown but he was the only one worried about that at the time as it probably wasn't noticeable yet. We had fun over the years wondering if Prince was bald, does it even matter? hell no, not to me, I'm a male, I coud care less but it's always humorous when a man has a toup or hair plugs or what have you. I'm sure springsteen has hair plugs, big deal, you got that kind of dough you can do those kinds of things.

There's no explaining some people's idea of what is "humorous"...or why they don't seem to understand that it's not nice to "have fun" at the expense of other people, even celebrities.

Grow the fuck up lol

For me, anything that involved being practically naked, lots of makeup, and crazy hair.....Prince gave us a lot to choose from.

looking back at 1979, the farrah fawcett-majors perm, the leg warmers and animal print girly panties, high heel boots, and tank top combo was ridiculous too... i thought he was a complete nutcase at that point...i wasnt at all a fan yet...i was too young to understand...there wasnt the politicized "tolerance" for that type of open sexual ambiguity, that existso Prince scared the shit out of alot of people when he first came out (no pun intended)...on 1999, he put some clothes on, polished up his sound, and made believers out of some of us who were "haters"
