And what I want to say is... does this mean Bang Bang is really Prince's song? Because that's more than just him contributing backing vocals on this. I've only listened to a few tracks so far, but there's some good new stuff here.

To be clear, nothing in the collection I downloaded says anything about BFTP at all. There are 46 tracks listed as "Closer 2 God: Outtakes 1980-2015".

EDIT: I just saw a tracklist for that one that isn't out yet and most (if not all) of this seems to be also on that one as well. Looks like this is another leak to beat the bootleggers. Thank you leaker(s)!!!

When was Frida from (didn't see it on Prince.org)--I know people have mentioned it on here--has anyone heard the Prince portions, or just the strings (and who's responsible for this)?

Apologies if this is somehow in the metadata--my files seem to have none.

I wonder if Eric L has something to do with those Lovesexy tracks.....

Right ! i really like the Eye Know #1, this version is tight and funky !!!

The "NC2U" composition is the real deal. About 10 times better than The Family version. On par with the Rosie Gaines version, if not better.

I'd never heard of it and it's not on P Vault. One flyer says 89

This one's an early fave for me. It gives me an early 90s vibe, but I could maybe believe 89. I'd say early 90s is more likely based on production sounds and techniques. Also can't believe we finally have Nothing Compares 2 U. That's nuts! And those Lovesexy demos! Total dream come true. Dying for that original version of the title track to leak.
