The New York Times interview she gave started out with the reporter saying JH was in love with him. That confirmed it for me a long time ago. But those other drugs? Where would he get those, but from an oncologist? |

So Prince may have needed these Rxs and the doc was doing the right thing but going about it the wrong manner. Or the doc was being paid to do it but the Dr. is still working at another clinic and if he could show their was a medical reason to prescribe he would be in the clear some what.
Not sure why Kirk lied he would have to know about April 7th because I doubt the pharmacy would have given Prince the Rxs if they were in Kirk's name. Someone had to sign for them.

A suitcase was discovered next to Prince's bed on April 21, 2016 (the day of Prince's death) and among the items inside, there were prescription pill bottles in Johnson's name -- none of which were the medication prescribed by Schulenberg.
One pill bottle, which was labeled Vitamin D, instead had the controlled substance Ondanselron Hydrochloride inside. Another, labeled Ondansetron, contained the controlled substance Acetarninophen/oxycodone hydrochloride.
The date those pills were prescribed to Johnson, according to the pill bottles, was April 7. The prescribing doctor was listed as Schulenberg'.

So, if I am reading this correctly, KJ lied to the police?
I am curious therefore as to why authorities are not taking this further..?

Started reading... Kirk definitely was or is on the hotseat. Claimed to investigators that he didn't know Prince was addicted to pain medications, but his name is on several bottles and he's picking up prescriptions under his name at Walgreens for Prince.
Also confirmed thanks to these documents is Prince's last romantic relationship...glad he wasn't alone that way but it feels like an invasion of privacy for her now.
Judith said in the NYT interview that he was the man she loved. So she wanted people to know and fans gave her shit for it.
It is good to know he had someone in his life and good to know he was going thru withdrawals. |

He could have had Rxs in the past. The following Rxs were written by Dr. S
Clonidine, Hydroxyzine Pamoate and Diazepam.
Diazepam can be used as an anti-seizure drug and the did find this in his system.
Clonidine- Uses as blood pressure med and they found a blood pressure mointor in one of his bags but it can also be used for ADD
Hydroxyzine- anxiety
Pamoate - anxiety
Why did he need two meds for anxiety. [Edited 4/17/17 8:10am] |

See how the media gets shit all turned around. They found the pills on the first search and they appear to be all labeled Watson 385 a pill that was discountined some time ago and if they were the reall thing and expired they would not have been doing too much for him.
This is the reason they are calling it accidental.
Recovery without walls literature so we now know this was not an intervention he knew about this place and probaly knew someone was coming to see him.
Kirk is the name on the pill bottle and now I cannot figure out why he has not been interviewed but I can understand why he has an attorney who specializes in enabler cases because that is what his role is starting to look like.
Also cannot understand why he was allowed to leave the area if they saw his name on that bottle.
I thought the literature was in the doctor son's backpack? DId I get that wrong? My head is still spinning from everything I'm reading on those search warrants, so I might have read it wrong.
The doctor's son says Kirk told him Prince was struggling with addiction to opiods but then Kirk told the Police he had no knowledge of Prince having a pain medication dependency? Which obviously the Police did not believe. |

Explain the doctor prescribing the oxy if he was helping with withdrawals. Explain the Diapham which is a generic for Vicodin. It can be used for seizures but why would you give that to a person trying to get off drugs.
He had a lot of medical issues going on either from the withdrawal or actual pain from something else
Remember he had $65k in medical expenses on his inventory sheet and had made two trips to the hospital back in 2014 and 2015 per Kirk. All I going to say if you see the pics of him in the fall of 2015 who looks puffy in the face and a few months later looks like death warmed over.

Hydroxyzine Pamoate - an antihistamine also used to control nausea/vomiting, reduces tension. Diazepam - also used as a muscle relaxant. |

I love how now we have some info and people are still just making it up. We have laws Kirk's name should not have been on those bottles. He broke the laws as soon as he went and picked those Rx's up knowing they were not for him.
I think because Dr. S wrote these Rxs and if he can show their was real medical reason Kirk may be in the clear and they still would have to prove he was involved with the fake Watson pills which I think they cannot do.
It explains why he has the attorney that he has and his lies do not help his stituation.
In fact his staff telling conflicting stories makes them all look suspect concerning the Watsons [Edited 4/17/17 8:33am] |
