I have made know on several posts about this book issue. Several fonts already said today that Prince's privacy are no private because historical figures don't have the rights to privacy and Prince is likely energy now in another organism/form somewhere in this universe, so I don't think his energy is giving a flying fuck about some earthly, manmade object called book.

Check back some of my earlier posts on this thread to answer your question. I don't promote laziness.

Why all the hate for Mayte? Prince is the one who may have did these things, not Mayte.

I pre ordered it last month and cancelled it today after reading People etc.

Amazon doesn't charge your card till it ships and you don't need a reason to cancel.

If anyone has buyer's remorse like I did; it's very easy to do.

For all the outrage, Mayte's preorder books are not only ranking top but her signed books are pretty much sold out. At the end of the day while people are trashing her loudly, the quiet ones are buying the books. That is how you do it, doing things stealth and not letting anyone know what's up.

Read a few posts back of the screenshots that people are posting from Barnes and Noble of how high her book is ranking. That indicates at least quite a few people ordered that book.

So deal with it. Hate Mayte all you want, but she was part of Prince's life and was good enough to marry and to have a child with and did couple released and unreleased work with him, and she is going to always tied with him whether you like it or not. Thank YOU!

This much is obvious though, people are buying it to read about Prince. I hope you enjoy the book. By the way her best friend Dave said book sales are good. Is that enough proof or you are going to question him because the book sales didnt flop?

Because interviews and books by people who knew much longer than M1 mean nothing. Dez and Sheila E's do not trash anyone while telling the truth. That is what grown ass adults do. I still say this women was a handful and that is the reason he sent her packing. No one is perfect despite what you minions believe.

It does mean something when the same locos who are outrage are the same ones who would have been escorted out if they even stepped at PP when P was alive while Mayte was actually lived there and chilling. Some of those same people should seek some mental help instead of worrying about someone who they don't know. Already Dave said one of the crazies have gotten a warning from the police for threatened Mayte, so I hope people need to check themselves and stay on the right side of the law. Any uncomfortableness I saw in the video seemed more related to the format of the interview (having to use a translator, having to speak brokenly while waiting for the translator to translate his answers). But at the 12:15 mark that laurarichardson spoke of, I just saw a look of "huh?" confusion, and then he was all smiles and laughed with Mayte. I didn't seem him looking unhappy, just confused at that point of the interview.

I sympathize with Prince and Mayte. They both went through a horrendous time. My only issue with any of this is people villifying Mayte for speaking her truth, villifying her for putting out a book that they have yet to read or even know the whole context of what they are reading. They only have snippets and are making judgments based on those snippets. I'll reserve my judgment of the book and what is in the book until I read the entire book, if I do so. Instead of taking things out of context and getting all bent out of shape by those snippets, I'd rather have the full story.
