I still haven't heard this album--a lot of people said it was well done and wished Prince had recorded some of the songs for himself. I'll have to give it a listen.

She said on her livestream that she tried to sing a song for him and he was like "No!" lol and she said she feels like no one can do his songs justice. Maybe that's why?

What picture is up? The black and white photo she posted after his passing? I also heard there's a pic of her in the galaxy room.

Found a "listen while you read" but has no lyrics posted, but one can listen to the song on www.songlyrics.com under andy allo the story of you and I. Some of it is a little hard to make out.

My favourite protegé album since the mid 80s. Stunning, from start to finish.

Always dug it... but on my last listen I finished it and said out loud, "That album is damn near perfectly executed." Love it.

Andy had a really sweet duet with Prince up on her facebook a few years back. Does anyone remember this? Did it ever get a proper release?

This song is beautiful! My husband and I recently celebrated our 25th anniversary and my son sang it for everyone. We had worked on it beforehand, changing some of the lyrics so it wouldn't be weird. One of the lines is "every night you enter me as the sun enters the sea..." That had to to be changed for example.

Her whole Superconducer album is gorgeous! "Nothing More" is another favorite. I thing Prince wrote most of this album, personally. Andy's other music doesn't have such a mature and rich sound.

Her "guitar playing" might have improved by 2016 but it was so bad it may as well not have been there back when she was in the NPG.

If you have amazon prime you can live stream superconductor...just fyi. Gotta say some of it is really good.

Yes, that was Prince playing on "Oui Can Luv".

I'll never criticize anyone who got to play with Prince. If they were good enough for him, they were good enough for me.
