SALT LAKE CITY – Toxicology tests confirm two 13-year-old boys in the Utah ski-resort town of Park City overdosed on a new synthetic drug that is available online and was also found at the estate of entertainer Prince after he died, police said Thursday.
Ryan Ainsworth and Grant Seaver died of acute intoxication of a drug called U-47700, sometimes known as "pink," Park City Police Chief Wade Carpenter said in a statement, citing results from the Utah Office of the Medical Examiner. It's among a new generation of opioid drugs being synthesized in labs overseas and is too new as a recreational drug to be listed as illegal.

Hubby has had several failed spinal surgeries that failed and he also has had decompression surgery and a metal plate in the back of his head. Then it has to be different for different individuals. Not saying it doesn't happen BC u clearly have seen it. I just know for me, after 10 surgeries with rods, p!ates and screws from my neck to my tailbone, these meds have saved my life and the only side effects I've had are some drowsiness, vivid dreams (nightmares) and good ole constipation lol. And I'm on some strong stuff lol. Some meds do cause organ failure as mentioned but others don't. Anyhow, i am so sorry about the failed surgeries (I've had that also) and pray ur hubby has found relief and living life to the fullest. True me, I get it, I've been there [Edited 11/4/16 4:50am]

This tragic story of the two young boys, dragging Prince into the piece, is another reason why the autopsy report should be released. Just put the truth out there, once and for all.

From what we know from the unamed sources we know a big of the stuff was not found.

Right On, Superconductor! These people need to be taken to task whenever they spout all their specious babble. If nobody ever spoke up against people like that, we'd still believe the earth was flat. Or that Aryans are a super race. The shame of it is that, these people don't even realize that they're following the exact same pattern of thinking that frickin' Hitler followed. “Sometimes People Don't Want To Hear The Truth Because They Don't Want Their Illusions Destroyed” — Friedrich Nietzsche

. PennyPurple: I'm so sorry about what both you and your husband are going through. My husband had to have emergency surgery last year and had to have his gall bladder removed. He was in the hospital for a week. I was afraid I might lose him. Thank God he is okay now, but nothing like what you are going through!

. Hi Nikkied: I appreciate the compliment. I always try and keep an open mind about everything, because in this world, anything is possible. I also respect everyone's opinion, even though I may not agree with them. I learned in life that everyone is not going to feel or think the same as I do, and we are all unique & I think we can all learn a lot from each other -- so it's best to just agree to disagree.

. I agree with you. I think some people can be a bit too hostile, but I try to understand their point of view. Some conversations do get heated, at times, but I think it's only because we are so passionate about our beliefs as to what happened to Prince. I think that sometimes, people can take things the wrong way, or misinterpret what someone is trying to convey, which happens a lot on message boards. The best form of communication is face-to-face, imo. But, this is all we got, so we gotta try and make the best of it. . I certainly hope you stick around.

According to the man's own religious beliefs, Prince is neither feeling nor looking down on anything whatsover…

. All I can say here is that some people need to chillax!! Not you, Dibbs or PurpleD, but just saying -- some people here don't have the ability to keep an open mind about things and act as though we are sitting in a Court of Law, which we are not. Geeze, chillax people! It's a conversation, not the Spanish Inquisition!! .
[Edited 11/3/16 12:06pm] -/ There are people on this board who have an agenda. I don't know if they are with the media, attorneys, or 12 year old kids who have nothing else to do with there time. But the should realize this case is not open and shut. The discussion is not going to stop until the case is closed.

Superconductor: Now, you know that is simply not true. It takes two to tango, and it's not always the one's who are "speculating" that are to blame. I've seen people get into shouting matches here because their words were taken out of context. I will always respect another person's opinions and I take everything into consideration. That is only fair.

. Yes, he/she craves attention. Also, he/she upset someone in the Prince Cremation thread a while back by repeatedly posting the pic of P's urn, even though the person clearly said it upset her/him. Very disrespectful and inconsiderate, to say the least. Now, there is a term for people like that, but I'm not saying it..... Using that pic as an avatar says a lot about the person. . .

It's remarkably disingenuous to say "discussion around the accuracy of the ME's report on the cause of Prince's death" in the same breath as "I just thought it was a snippet of information in which people might be interested!" Be honest. At least with yourself. It was posted to either (1) fuel more discussion around specious, so-called "theories". Or (2) to establish airs and graces as an internet authority with "two day public health conference" credentials. It is indeed "Spinning", for the simple fact that this thread — {plus the four previously-deleted ones} — has been "Spinning" around in circles on that very same axis of specious "theories" since Day 1. "Spinning" is what makes merry-go-rounds such a fun ride for the entire family. P.S. — For what it's worth, I say all this with the politest of smiles on my face — without the least bit of agression — and with the only "agenda" that I am aware of, being to express my opinion. “Sometimes People Don't Want To Hear The Truth Because They Don't Want Their Illusions Destroyed” — Friedrich Nietzsche
