Did you give your take on the legal document that was posted? Why does it seem like not all of Prince's properties are not listed? And why does it seem like it's written to say that these are the properties that are intended to be sold?


I know statements have come out that it isn't true, but there has to be a reason why it was written like it was written.

It could have been a mistake that not all properties were listed but most likely someone has already said they will buy certain properties. Say for example, Tyka's residence. She may have said, dont put it on the market, I will buy it from the Estate. Everyone has to agree on the purchase price. Then the amount of the value of her house will be deducted from her portion of her inheritance balance. That is one scenario of what may have transpired.

It may be not all the siblings want to keep PP but others do. So the siblings who want to keep PP would need to "buy out" the non purchasing siblings interest in PP. So the statement is true, PP is not being sold, but not all the siblings will hold an interest in PP.

The above is just a guess. It could be anything in this complicated Estate. But who could expect less from this complicated man?

Seems as though they are catching up with the loading of some docs from last week. Going to take some time to read through all of them.

Also, a pleading by Alfred. He wants to look at the properties.

My own opinion is that while Prince may have provided places for people to live while he was alive, unless someone has something in writing saying otherwise then no one should expect the purple gravy train to keep chugging. Maybe people were paying rent, but Prince owned the properties and ownership will pass to the heirs. No one rides for free anymore. Purchase or move along.

From my understanding, the judge ordered last week all that were claiming to be his children go under seal. Anyone else would not be afforded such. Soooo.....this must be someone claiming to be his child and the court juist screwed up by making this public with his name listed. That is what I am gathering. wowwwww.....If this is the man in his mid 30's that didi not want publicity, whelp, he can probably forget that one now.

HolyMoley! The Clerk has done this before. Thats how I figured out who Estabon was weeks before he hit the boards.

Stetman was not dismissed from the case like the other "alleged heirs" in the Judge's prior Order.

But this doesnt mean a match. Carlin's test results were put under seal too.
