The Eighties on CNN

Way too much Wendy for my taste - And they showed a clip of the fantastic moment that David Bowie pressed Mark Goodman about MTV's programming policies in the beginning. As part of his lame punk ass explanation, Goodman actually said Prince would scare middle America. I loved Bowie for this moment - among many others. I miss him and Prince dearly.

What was this - a special on the 80s? Does it focus just on music?

1 hour show on CNN right now about 80s music. It is part of a series CNN is airing on the 80s.

The series is on Netflix. I came across The Sixties the other day. There's one on the Seventies, too.

Sorry, it's the Hodgkin's talking.

Sounds cool! I'll see if they show it in Oz.

That clip of Bowie made him even more of an icon. Incredible. I saw the 60's and 70's on Netflix. I guess this is on demand on cable?
