Isn't it about time for HnR3 to drop ....!?! ... or am I jinxing it by even thinking about it? I want to wake up one morning to see that it's been dropped with no announcement, but I also need to plan a day off from work.

These days, I get his stuff, might listen three or four times, then it's back to Netflix or going to the cinema for me.
That's not insulting him. Music doesn't hold my interest like it once did. By anybody. Honestly, I'd rather listen to a good audio book these days. He gets my money when he tours Europe, but 'new' albums? so average, boring even. Might be my age, but barriers are no longer broken in music, It's all been done better in years past.

New music/CDs, just aren't holding my interest either. A few cool songs here or there. But in the past, I would go cover to cover and really like about every song. But now, like I said, a few here or there. I am not condeming his products per se, as you mentioned, might be age just doing it to me. Watching concert videos or listening to older stuff that I loved in the past, I still get a charge out of. And if he came in somewhat close proximity to where I live, I would probably get to a concert, although the recent prices will make me take pause as I don't really do nose bleed seats if I am going to go. So, gotta love a guy who seems to join the recent "America is such a terrible place" noise, but BTW, I love what capitalism does for me. But, all that crap aside, thanks for helping me understand better what I have been feeling over the past few years!!

Who knows? Will it? Won't it? I can understand the views of the people who are saying that they're bored with new material. However, try looking for someone new to listen to. I have been in a bit of funk lately about new music. Tired old cover versions by x factor starlets and songs written by corporations have been getting me down. So, I've been actively seeking out new artists and there is a lot of great material out there. Prince is an established artist with nothing to prove, however, if you listen to his new material along with some contemporary material it's still pushing the envelope. That's just my opinion, feel free to disagree!

I think if it comes out it will be released as digital-only and Tidal/iTunes once again. I always look forward to a new album even if I might enjoy only a few songs on it However I'm a little bit worried when he releases awful albums like PLEL and Phase 1 but I forgive him quickly when he drops wonderful albums like AOA and Phase 2 Welcome 2 The Dawn

I'm afraid he lost his interest in this project, and that we will never see Phase 3 - 5. (If there ever was any plan for that, assumed because of the 5 "album covers" on Tidal and his Twitter header.) A little while ago he said that there is no Phase 3 at this moment. But with P you never know.

Don't care what it's called but I would like some new music as I'm over phase snooze already. Still enjoying Phase I though. RIP

Cancelling my Turdal subscription this month. Purple Pick had been a bit of an attraction but it's pretty hit and miss. £10 a month or the 79p whatever it is to just buy the tracks - there'd have to be a pick of the week every three days to get u to that (and them be things u want!). That's aside from the fact of how do u actually own the tracks in a fucking streamer - on my phone but can't get them to anywhere else! Comin str8 outta Preston...

I'm still enjoying Phase II. If III arrives I wonder what genre type it will be. Under no contract or pressure to push something out and with the book and concerts, we might wait a while.
